“I always liked this particular Starbucks, even if it’s in a grocery store. It’s never busy so it’s easy and convenient to order without waiting 15+ minutes for one drink (Chicago I tell ya.) and I also found out they have a wide upstairs seating area!This location also gives double points if you scan your reloadable gift card through the app so that’s also a plus.The employees as of today made my day! The one with the ‘Yassss’ on their name tag went above and beyond to customize my drink even if the computer couldn’t correctly register what I wanted.My cup was full, crafted with love, and on top of that they were both very kind and wished me well when I left! And to save the best laugh for last I went BONKERS on this chalk drawing their other employee made, very talented!“

“Often busy, but so convenient for students. The first time I went, I didn’t get my stars even though I scanned the code on my phone multiple times. The cashier told me it went through, but it didn’t.Note: You cannot drive to this location, the street it is on is blocked off for foot traffic only.Note: While this location can earn you and allows you to redeem stars, you cannot use company-wide coupons (like BOGO from the app) because they are an independent location.“
“Long wait just for a lukewarm black coffee. Most starbucks I go to put the black coffees out immediately,since they take like 5 seconds to make, which is why i get them. So that was disappointing. Employees were very nice though and it was clean and well kept.“
“I love going to this Starbucks! Perfect place to take an afternoon break from work. I love how I can use the tunnels from Young Hall to get to Starbucks without having to deal with the elements. Very accessible for my wheelchair and accommodating for my disability. The staff are friendly and work very hard and I don't believe they get enough credit. I enjoy their Pike Place flavor!“
“We were going to visit our daughter in layette driving from Indianapolis up. We stopped at the Starbucks in Lebanon first After 45 minutes the overwhelmed baristas were saying to the 5 other ppl in front of us complaining about the wait that the door dash orders were coming in so fast & that they were prioritizing online orders above those in the lobby. They said they didn't know when our drinks would be ready ... The drive thru had cleared out several times and we were crammed in the lobby waiting and waitingI finally gave up However I had already paid and they said they had no way to refund meUpon arriving in Lafayette We visited with my daughter a bit and I told her I still needed some caffeine and had already paid for a drink I didn't get so ...I stopped at this Starbucks I had my receipt and told them they could most likely call the other oneThat i was simply hoping to be able to get the drink I did pay for.This one was quick efficient And they weee super nice and corrected the issue :)Thanks so much 5 stars“
