“Service was fast. I ordered a Peach Green Tea Lemonade and it was accurate (on par with every other PGTL I had at a Starbucks). The person I was with had questions about menu items and the barista taking our order was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The setting was a bit loud and seating was limited inside so we decided to take our drinks to go.“
“Long wait just for a lukewarm black coffee. Most starbucks I go to put the black coffees out immediately,since they take like 5 seconds to make, which is why i get them. So that was disappointing. Employees were very nice though and it was clean and well kept.“
“I love going to this Starbucks! Perfect place to take an afternoon break from work. I love how I can use the tunnels from Young Hall to get to Starbucks without having to deal with the elements. Very accessible for my wheelchair and accommodating for my disability. The staff are friendly and work very hard and I don't believe they get enough credit. I enjoy their Pike Place flavor!“
“I recently had an issue with an online delivery service taking half an hour to assign a delivery driver and another estimated half hour for my order to get to me. I had ordered an iced drink which I knew would be completely melted and diluted by that point, so I called the store I had ordered from (this store, #2478) where I talked to a super nice and empathetic barista (I think her name started with a K), who listened and suggested/offered really great solutions. 100/10 customer service. Later when I received my order after cancelling and using a different delivery service I received this lovely note. Thank you!!“
