“I come here at least once a week to get coffee before studying and I’ve never been disappointed. The coffee is great, lovely atmosphere of the Union hotel, and the baristas are always kind and efficient. Shoutout to Liz, Daija, Daniel, and Gigi for always making the experience great!!!“

“Easily the strongest coffee program in Lafayette, in terms of bean selection (including a fun co-ferment?!), drinks, barista training, and equipment. Visited multiple times over the course of a week and they nailed the drinks and the service every time.

Beans are roasted in Carmel, IN and are done fully in-house. They are neither private labelling nor do they roast via bellwether.

Cortados and pourovers were on point and served in real glassware, rather than just to-go cups. I wish the Colombia pourover had more extraction, but the other pourovers were still prepared well.

The shop does not feel like a library, despite being study/work friendly. You can have conversations without it being awkward. Modern third-wave shop vibes.

“Java House on Sagamore is absolutely the best! Besides loving the coffee, the staff is a 10 star! My drink is always just the way I like it but what makes them the best is how personable they are. I love going to this Java House location!“

“This starbucks is really great in the summer. Short lines and friendly staff who know how to make the drinks quickly.During the semester, it's very busy and you can wait a long time before getting your drink, plus the batistas are often new and inexperienced.“

“This is my wife and I’s favorite restaurant in the Greater Lafayette area. #1!! We regularly go for brunch. Drinks are amazing. Out door seating area is very nice. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience here and have even had conversations with other patrons while enjoying the patio area.“

“Nice building with a cozy interior, comfortable seating, and a bustling atmosphere. They also have great drinks, which my favorite is the Mango Fantasy. Service was good, staff is nice. Not much else to say other than the fact that I will come back!

Vegetarian options: I didn’t see anything that had meat in it… they serve drinks and cakes so I doubt their menu is carnivorous.

Dietary restrictions: I am lactose intolerant myself and still was able to drink their milk drinks since they were made with lactaid milk. Not sure about gluten though.

Parking: There is a free parking garage that’s like a basement, it will be challenging to find it but it’s there.

Kid-friendliness: There are a bunch of board games, Jenga and a loud, bustling atmosphere so children will fit right in and most likely won’t grab everyone’s attention/judging eyes.“

“Their desserts are so good! We really love their mango mille crepe cake and their regular crepes. Our most recent order included cute art too! It's ironic because we actually have cats and fish as pets so I really loved this personalized touch on our cup/bag! So cute!

“I’ve been going to Fuel for years, first when it started downtown, then moved to Five Points and then expanded to this location. They’ve always offered an amazing selection of coffee, snacks and food that are always worth it! Banana pancakes and french toast are the bomb! I’ve probably had everything on the menu at least once and it never disappoints! Colleen has also done a wonderful job at making Fuel a community stop for Lafayette friends and family. As long as I’m in Lafayette, I’ll always be going to Fuel for a reset on the busyness & chaos of life! ?“

“This Starbucks is at a good location. There’s a lot of space for parking and for seating inside the store. The interior is also good and likable. I enjoy going there and sitting there with my laptop for my work because of all these reasons.“

“Not the fanciest coffee shop, but my favorite coffee spot on campus no question. I'm a graduate student and Lavazza perfectly fits my coffee needs during the work week. Helps that there for coffee is roughly 50 cents cheaper than other near by coffee shops.“

“This Dunkin has become my second home on campus. Being from Massachusetts, Dunkin is an escape back to my east coast roots and the treatment I get is immaculate. I have become arguably their most consistent customer, bringing friends along for the journey. Today is Valentine’s Day and I went to get my coffee, like usual, and was greeted with a Valentine’s Day basket. This was unexpected and a true testament to their culture, one that goes the extra mile to satisfy their customer. My college experience would be nothing without Dunkin and I want to say thank you. If you ever find yourself thirsty for some caffeine or a nice breakfast sandwich, there is no other option except here.“

“I really really enjoy the food they serve at Harrison Grill. It's a great complement to the dining courts and it's awesome for Sunday nights or any late night cravings. The menu has great variety and is not horribly expensive. Easily my favorite place to use my dining dollars.“
