“You know how some Subways make your sandwich with day old crusty bread? Well, this has yet to happen to me at this location. I’m serious, some Subways cannot be trusted with being consistent. If you’re in the area, this is a safe Subway for you. Also, the employees are always so friendly. Last time we were in Parker helped us, and she was such a sweetheart.“

Recently, I visited the Westfield Subway near Kroger Plaza and I was served by Dipa (looks like Indian definitely Asian Origin)Dipa was extremely helpful and courteous throughout my visit. She answered all my questions in detail and made sure that I had a pleasant experience. Her customer service was top-notch and she went out of their way to make sure that I received exactly what I wanted.I'm very impressed with the level of service provided by her. “Could have been a better visit I feel! The boys didn't really speak loud enough to be heard while Taking your order, or calling out your order. They were more into chatting with each other! They weren't rude, but they just didn't seem excited about their jobs!“

“Normally, I am very pleased with the service and food of this location. I am ashamed, today was not such a great experience. When I was walking up to the register, an elderly lady, despite her age, was able to get in front of me and I’m like, it’s OK. Leave it to me to be generous, 10 minutes later, she still at the register trying to order her some sort of food from her application. Unfortunately, unable to get into a line because it would’ve taken another 10 minutes with only two registers open. I had to leave and go elsewhere but this was 20 minutes of my total time during lunch.“

“Jersey Mike’s “let’s get fresh”
I like stopping at Mikes because they offer a wide variety of great submarine sandwiches. Prepared hot or cold, you can find one of their signature subs to your liking.
Don’t see anything you like, create your own version made the way you like it Hot or Cold. With fresh ingredients and robust bread, make this sub rise above most others.
My favorite is the Club Supreme. This delicious sub is made with Roast beef, turkey, swiss, applewood smoked bacon and mayo. I recommend extra bacon for added flavor.
Don’t forget a bag of chips and a cookie or brownie to go with that sub. And a drink if you’re thirsty.“

“I have autism and some textures are weird to me, so when you discontinued the turkey pesto I stopped coming because I can't tolerate the texture of the rest of the menu. The only reason this review got this score is because the person I came in to get food for was super happy and the staff was amazing. The fruit cup that I recieved did look really good though.“

“One of my favorite cheesesteak places, always have good food. They announce when I tip is given, which makes me wonder what happens if I don’t give one. It’s a counter order and pickup place so a tip isn’t really expected in my opinion but now I’m kind of afraid not to.“

Unbeknownst to me, there was a misconfiguration on their website/app that allowed us to place a pickup order at 9:45am when they don't open until 10am. My kids were getting on a bus at 10am to go to summer camp, and they needed to bring lunch for the bus trip. So when I saw you could pickup here at 9:45am, it seemed perfect.
We got there and they were still closed. We looked in the window and could see the staff getting ready, but the door was locked. Someone came and opened the door to tell us they weren't open. We explained we'd placed an online order and paid with a pickup of 9:45am. They went and checked and, sure enough, there it was. They told us the site shouldn't have allowed us to do that, but they made the sandwiches without any issues.
My kids made it on the bus fine and enjoyed their lunch during the ride.
So, my apologies to the crew who was on that morning. I should have cross-checked the pickup vs. opening time and questioned it. But a HUGE thank you for taking care of us anyway without any hint of frustration.
