“Very great bread, toasted some buns on the grill and came out nice and crunchy! Cinnamon bagels were small but since they’re nutritionally dense, you don’t need a huge GMO/glyphosate bagel. Their sample banana bread was tasty and spongy.. perfect amount of sweetness, will be getting their on the next pick up. The bread is great for toast and butter and sandwiches. Truly recommend, only strange part of picking up is calling and waiting by the alley.. they’re very responsive though and will keep supporting this wonderful business! I recommend this to anyone watching their health 🙏“

“It was our first time visiting this bakery, and we absolutely loved the experience. We were helped by the owner, who treated us like VIP customers—and we noticed he gave the same warm attention to the next customer who walked in. He was patient as we asked questions, incredibly knowledgeable, and even shared the story of how the café started. It truly feels like a community-oriented space, not just a bakery.
My mom ordered the hot chocolate, and after her first sip she literally gasped and whispered, “Oh, that’s good.” I had the red velvet brownie, which was rich, decadent, and perfectly moist. I enjoyed it over two days—warm on the first day and cold straight from the fridge the next—and it was amazing both ways.
The owner clearly knows what he’s doing. We’re hoping to return soon and would definitely recommend stopping by!“

“These cakes taste freshly baked because they are batches that go straight from the racks to customers, and by early afternoon the shelves are often cleared. The glaze technique poking and soaking, so flavor infuses rather than just sitting on top means you get even moisture and flavor from edge to center, no dry bites. i will be going to pookie crack cakes again .“

“Found this place today. Gotta say, most of it was pretty tasty. But what blue me away was the Sweet Bread was absolutely outstanding!!!! I usually am disappointed by them. But this place makes amazing ones. Nice subtle flavor. Sweet, but not too sweet. But the texture of the bread is the real star! It was like eating a cloud. So light and fluffy. “Had a really great meal 😋🍴! I tried the Flecha, and it was super filling and full of flavor 🤩🔥. My friend had some kind of meat dish that was also delicious, though I can’t remember exactly what it was 🥩😅. Everything we had was tasty and satisfying, almost as good as my mom’s cooking 🥰👩🍳. “Crystal made us an "Enterprise" cake for our 20th anniversary. It was gorgeous, and we all agreed it was the best cake we had ever tasted. Moist, fluffy, tempting aroma, delicious buttercream. There were fewer people at the party than expected, so we put some leftovers out for the people in our building. I forgot to photograph it but this was the design. The actual cake was much prettier“

“I spent a lot of time in Mexico as a kid and I crave bread that reminds me of Mexican bakeries. My husband was raised in West Africa and he also craves bread that reminds him of West African bread. Panadería Marzeya fulfills that craving for both of us - the bread reminds me of Mexico and it reminds my husband of west African bread. For me, the flavor and texture of the bread at Marzeya is unmatched and I've driven throughout the whole city to try different bakeries. Marzeya has this pan de nata that will transport you to Mexico.If you are looking for a bread that reminds you of your beautiful and beloved Mexico, go to Marzeya. The bread they produce has a flavor and texture that cannot be compared to other bakeries. Some of my favorite pieces are the cheese/jalapeño stuffed bolillos and the Nata bread.
