“We went for lunch yesterday, though it was very close to closing time, the staff was very welcoming and we were encouraged to stay and eat, we all enjoyed our meals and we were treated very well by our server, she said she just works there on Saturday, I didn't catch the young lady's name, but she did a great job 👍 and we will definitely be back to eat again!“

“Love the place. I would eat here at the Muncie location every time when I visit Muncie when I was a little kid. Even though I would eat here occasionally but the food is still amazing. I can’t complain. Food outstanding, staff friendly, and relaxing atmosphere. I love any MCL.“

“We love Culver's! It is the best fast food around. The place is always spotless and the staff is always friendly. Their butter burgers are fantastic and so are their chicken strips. They also have several seafood options and even pot roast! Their cheese curds and other sides are different than the standard fries you get everywhere else, although they do have those too! I personally think their coleslaw is the best I have found in ANY restaurant. You can also use the handy QR codes at your table to order if you want to skip the line.

Make sure to save room for their awesome frozen custard! We also like to take home a pint or two from their freezer case up front for a treat later!“

“I became a patron for the food and the general atmosphere. Now it’s my go-to to get out of the house. This little gem is Muncie’s best-kept secret. Known for their statue of Paul Bunyan, this bar serves all the usual bears and has a fairly deep liquor shelf. Their food is out of this world. I personally recommend the ribeye sandwich and fried mushrooms.“

“I’ve ate their several times definitely good food. I really enjoyed the red curry and green curry. Their grilled chicken salad is good too. Service can be slow at times but my orders were always and and food has always been good. Definitely recommend eating here.“

“The person waiting on us and the cook at this restaurant stayed after a snowstorm, had closed all the other fast food restaurants in the area, the cooks, they passed their close of kitchen time to serve us before going home. This was like that Christmas story. Well, there is nothing open except for a Chinese place. Well, this small cafe in Muncie was the only thing open and their food was excellent service was excellent and they stuck around to wait on us and serve us before they packed it in and went home. I Am so very grateful to him and they didn't rush us in and out. The food was excellent cook. Excellent, thank you guys.“

We also shared the Margarita Flight and loved it (we had the hot spices left off of the passion fruit one). The Brussels sprouts are worth the upgrade for a side. Service was also excellent. Like all bars there are trouble makers but they are escorted out very quickly. If you want to go somewhere and dance, chill, or just really have a good time. This is the bar. “Stopped here for breakfast with my wife. The workers were a bit loud chatting back and forth but not obnoxious. My only complaint is that they were out of cinnamon raisin biscuits and that was what my wife wanted. The pancakes and fries bologna biscuit was good. But I can't get enough of the hash rounds. They are yummy.“

“Going out to eat is generally a challenge for our family with a severe food allergy but that was not the case at Applebee's. They are very good and made us at ease with all the precautions they take making sure to provide us with proper information and full ingredients listed. Muncie Applebee's is a favorite for us. “Normally I’d give Roadhouse a 5 but not this time. Our food was brought out by a guy that had hair hanging below his eyes. I told the waitress that it was unsanitary she agreed and said several people had complained about him. Why is he still working“

“This was a good experience. Good food, not a long wait at 6:00 about 15 minutes. We sat in the bar area at a table quick to ask us for our drink order but then she had to take care of the bar drinks so it took a few before we got our order in. Once we did normal wait on food to be made when it came out tasted good“

“I usually visit Muncie in the summer, so when I come here, it’s usually empty at the cup. This time I had an iced latte and a breakfast sandwich, both of which were excellent. This is always one of my must visit stops when I return to my hometown.“

“Our family always gets together for breakfast on Thanksgiving. Usually we go to another local restaurant that has a little back room that we reserve for the morning. This morning we went to that restaurant and it was completely closed with no cancellation of our reservation or anything. So last-minute scramble for somewhere for 20 people to go for breakfast. Bob Evans was more than accommodating the food, and the service was wonderful. I should have gotten the name of our waitress as she did a great job! Overall wonderful experience, especially with the last-minute nature of the situation!“

“We came here for dinner around 6:30. I didn't get the best picture but we ordered a drink, fries, onion rings, double garlic steak burger, a Frisco burger, extra sauces (ranch and Frisco).

It only took 5 minutes to get our order, which beats most fast food places I've been to recently. They made our order correctly, the dining area is CLEAN and properly stocked with the napkins, condiments and such. An employee was out cleaning and wiping the drinks area several times, it's as if the employees here actually care about the way they do their jobs. My pre-tip total was $20.70 for 2 people which happens to be about the same or cheaper than many other places around especially for food like this.
You can clearly see how they have kept costs down to offset the rising prices a bit by eliminating the cash register positions and adding the scanner on the fountain drinks. (If you haven't seen these yet, don't worry, someone will show you what to do)

This is a great experience and doesn't seem to deserve a 3.9 rating. It deserves a full parking lot. Employees from competitors should be coming here to see what it looks like when a job is done right. Well done 👏“
