“I was nailed by the team members as I walked in with hello and waves as they were busy preparing other people's food. I didn't get the name of the shift manager but she has light brown hair and aviator glasses I've seen her and there many times before she runs a tight ship. The team what's working together like a finally oiled machine Megan and Meia put my order together for my family and got me out of there and a reasonable amount of time for his busy as they were. I come there a lot but this was the best experience yet. I'm in customer service have been doing so for over 40 years this is a well-organized team and I was very pleased“

“The young men working the lunch shift today had the best customer service. I was acknowledged when I walked in the store and again at the counter. My order came quickly and I was checked on a bit later to see if everything was ok. Finished plate was picked up by staff. I noticed the same service for all customers.

“We go to all the Penn Stations around town and love them. Food’s always great. The service is usually great as well. The service in Broad Ripple in particular is always solid for us. While I appreciate the service the push and amount options for tipping are too aggressive in the Subway system. If you can't pay employees enough that they need tips then pay them more and raise prices.I personally take exception with Subway and some other chains calling their staff "Sandwich Artists". Subway dicates what they make and the entire process. Calling them artists is an insult to under paid staff and actual artists.“

It was during lunch time and they were super busy, but were able to handle everyone in a breeze along with the local customers.
