I almost signed for their membership rewards program, but then realized where I live does not have a McAlister's restaurant.
I tried their grilled chicken sandwich on rye with sauce on the side and the pecanberry salad. It was very good. It was just enough for dinner.
If they have gelato ice cream here, that would be the best...it can attract more customers. Cappo gelato would be an excellent selection...maybe a separate room and entrance.“

The staff at JJ did not panic they simply took it all in stride and had everyone’s orders done and they were all seated in less than 10 minutes. That was impressive!!! Unbeknownst to me, there was a misconfiguration on their website/app that allowed us to place a pickup order at 9:45am when they don't open until 10am. My kids were getting on a bus at 10am to go to summer camp, and they needed to bring lunch for the bus trip. So when I saw you could pickup here at 9:45am, it seemed perfect.

We got there and they were still closed. We looked in the window and could see the staff getting ready, but the door was locked. Someone came and opened the door to tell us they weren't open. We explained we'd placed an online order and paid with a pickup of 9:45am. They went and checked and, sure enough, there it was. They told us the site shouldn't have allowed us to do that, but they made the sandwiches without any issues.

My kids made it on the bus fine and enjoyed their lunch during the ride.

So, my apologies to the crew who was on that morning. I should have cross-checked the pickup vs. opening time and questioned it. But a HUGE thank you for taking care of us anyway without any hint of frustration.

She handled door dash and counter orders with ease. She definitely deserves a raise and employees that will show up daily to help her.“

Their exterior sign was not lit while they were open at 6:15 on a Saturday night.Subway asks for a tip on both the app and in store on the payment processor. While I appreciate the service the push and amount options for tipping are too aggressive in the Subway system. If you can't pay employees enough that they need tips then pay them more and raise prices.I personally take exception with Subway and some other chains calling their staff "Sandwich Artists". Subway dicates what they make and the entire process. Calling them artists is an insult to under paid staff and actual artists.“
