“Even with 12 people waiting in line when we arrived, we were seated in a fairly short time. The wait staff came to quickly and since we had a few minutes to study the menu, we were ready to order, so our food and drink orders came pretty quickly too. My order of three enchiladas, one ground beef, one cheese and bean, and one white chicken meat, were smothered with a trio of green white and red sauces. Plenty of rice and beans were also on my plate. Scrumptious chips and salsa before the meal were also served. Since we visit Lawrence, Kansas frequently, this will be a regular stop for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful and efficient. Everything was clean and cleaned again and again. we noticed that. They do have outdoor seating, but it was rather hot that day so we were thankful for the air-conditioning. I recommend this place!“

“We had Taco Zone cater our wedding in Kansas City and what I can say is HIRE THESE PEOPLE! They are so nice, down to earth and hard working. They will go above and beyond for you prior and on your day. I have nothing but wonderful and raving things to say about the staff at Taco Zone. It’s the talk of our friend group and work on how amazing the food was, which is always good to hear since wedding food is known for being average… but they were far from average. “this was geniunly my best resturant experience ever, i usually only post reviews if a place was bad; but this place was so good that it would be rude of me to not post a review. when we came in we were kindly greeted with some small talk. they took our order no problem. we sat down in a very nice peaceful place other customers were also nice with complements, our food was made in fast orderly fasion, and there was no problems i can even try to think of. we eat some of our food and decide these people were so cool we would want a selfie with them, everyone happily agreed in a kind way and took a cute selfie. we went back after some nice small talk and halfway through eating an employee let us try chipotle tabasco. friend said it was amazing and was so happy to get that opertunity so gracefully shown by the employees of this establishment. they let us finish our food during closing and was really sweet about the situation. we left once we finished after cleaning our mess. if i had the chance itd be ten stars out of five. all of the employees deserve at least a dollar raise. and all of my friends agree.“
