“Service was fine; I would appreciate more friendly/welcoming/introduction from the server. They did check in on us a few times. The chips were thick and kind of tough; we prefer thin and crispy. The salsa was okay but wasn't anything special. Our beverages and entrées were as ordered. Our favorite dishes were the mushroom quesadilla and fajita veggie quesadilla. The gold margaritas beat out the regular ones, and were decently priced. We had a hard time hearing each other over the din of other patrons. Will try again sometime.“

Parking: Parking is a bit tight. When we arrived (about 6:30 pm), there were two slots available in their lot. Inside, there was plenty of seating available - we were immediately seated. As we left, I noticed a pair walking from their car in a lot across the street. Still, the food is worth it.“

“This was my first time here and I was blown away. I got the chili rojo beef and sweet potato nachos. They were amazing on their own, but the hot sauce that came on the side was like a spicy cherry on top. And the margarita was one of the best I’ve ever had! Well done!“

“Just moved back home after living in Lawrence and eating Pancho’s chorizo breakfast burrito twice a week for nearly a year. The staff is always kind and the line is never too long.

“Food was great! Last time I had chipotle at another location, I knew it was missing something, it wasn’t that good so I ended up not finishing it. Each ingredient here was very flavorful and the perfect texture plus they gave decent portions! I stayed longer just so I could finish my meal overtime to avoid feeling uncomfortably full. The atmosphere was clean and one of the most eye pleasing chipotle’s I’ve seen.“

“I must confess, Taco Johns is my absolute favorite place to eat. If I had more money than Jeff bezos, I'd still eat Taco Johns over a fancy steakhouse.

My favorite menu item is the Taco Burger, and when I eat here I always get at least 4 (and no, I'm not overweight at all, just addicted). I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. The soft shell tacos are great, the super nachos are amazing, as is just about anything on the menu. And it's always very easy on the wallet, unless you pig out like I do...but it's SO worth it.

You *always* need to get a churro for desert, as they are the best desert ever conceived. They used to have sopapias (not sure that's spelled correctly) and they were also fantastic but I think they were discontinued. Don't quote me on that.

As for the location specifically, it's kind of small but that's rarely ever an issue. Thr drive through is right off the main street, and it's easy to navigate. The workers have always been kind and the food has always been made properly. They've never got my order wrong, or made a subpar item. I'm not a person who tips, but, I am real close to tipping the workers at this location and my other one.

I can't praise this restaurant enough. And I'm so thankful that there is two locations within 30 minutes of where I live. Best food ever. 5/5 stars. They should get the Nobel Peace Prize honestly.“
