“Usually I like Dairy Queen, however, today I do not. Around noon (no customers in the store), I ordered (to go) 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers, 2 fries, 2 ice cream cupcakes. It was not until I got home that I realized I was 1 Bacon Cheeseburger short. I am not happy! Not sure I will go back to this location even though it is the most convenient for me.“

The lid popped off my shake as I was putting it in my cup holder and Andrea immediately said they could remake it for me. “We had a negative taste experience the first and last time we had crumbl, at a different location. We decided to try again, ordered doordash. Its expensive. This time the cookies were delicious and it was a great experience. Im glad we gave it another try . Dirt and worms, french toast, Halloween shake cookie, and the pumpkin cheesecake cookie. All very tasty. Our favorite was the French toast because its so interesting, besides being yummy it did indeed taste like and perfectly resemble French toast. We ate them before I could take a picture lol.“

“I was immediately greeted at the window by employee who was wearing latex gloves, behind her all Employees were busy all wearing latex gloves. All Employees appeared to be happy and enjoying what they were doing. After she took the money and handed my change she peeled off latex gloves and put on a new pair and proceeded back to tasking. They were quick and fast and the custard was excellent. Highly recommend this place. They were super busy. Seeing you are served outside it would be nice if they had a bathroom you could use to wash your hands after consumption of. Nice to see people who care about food safety in handling customers food. “We came here as somewhere new to us. We got mushrooms, pickles, burgers, and fries. OMG, it was all delicious, and the serving sizes are huge! To be fair, I had to wait to eat my burger because everything else filled me up by my partner ate his burger after our side snack fest and loved it. This is definitely a try it place.“

“Staff is always courteous and greets you when you walk in the door. Even when they're busy as I get out at least one member of the team always notices when you walk in the door and says (Welcome to Braum's ) and you can't get much better than braum's ice cream. Unless you go homemade or Ben n Jerry's n even then the flavor options are better at Braum's!“

“No question this is the most inexpensive place to get great ice cream in the whole city. We went with four people the other day, who got whatever they wanted and the final price was less than $10. I kid you not. I laughed to myself as I got up my credit card to pay thinking maybe I could get one thing for that price at an upscale ice cream store. Of course, the atmosphere is totally a fast food establishment, but come on, THE PRICE!!“

“Braum's food items are must for our sweet treat, So many variations of ice-cream, some flavors have won hearts.
I personally love the chocolate flavor, they have different varieties of ice-creams in chocolate flavor. I always check the ingredients, whether they are halal or not,before buying them.Luckily, most of their items have halal ingredients.
Their Cappuccino Chunky Chocolate,
top of my favorites list.
Although I didn't like some flavors, most of the ice-creams bought so far were very tasty.
Their cookies, brownies are also quite delicious.“

“We constantly adore the ice cream. However, we have had some unease with the services provided there. However, today's worker was incredibly kind and efficient despite working alone. I hope she has a coworker who can help her.I appreciate her .“

“The main door said to go through Doc Greens so we did. There are a lot of great selections as well as toppings. When we got to the register it advised us to pay at Doc Greens so we did. It was a bit pricey but probably had to do with my own overfilling my cup. I don’t know if they can’t find staffing but the place is a nice place to grab some tasty frozen yogurt.“

“There was some struggling with the staff and getting the correct order within the last year or so. HOWEVER I have notice a huge improvement in the last 6 months. The newer staff were very polite as well as the previous that are still around. I forgot the evening shift managers name but she is awesome 👌 👏.“

“My kids love Freezing Moo so we decided to treat them the other night. My youngest has a dairy allergy so we got one with their alternative - I believe it was coconut milk. It was so delicious! We loved it.“

“Drive thru order. I ordered and was given a total and told to pull around. I said thank you and it fell on deaf ears. I pulled up to the window and she told me the total, took my card and shut the window without another word. After about 4 minutes she opened it up and handed me my card with receipt and then handed me my food minus the blizzard I ordered. I waited, she just looked at me not saying a thing, waiting for me to leave. I said, can I get my blizzard? She turned and grabbed it behind her and promptly handed it to me not bothering to say sorry, turn it upside down like they normally do and are supposed to do. I told her thank you again and again, it fell on deaf ears. If I wanted to be ignored and treated like a racist I'll go somewhere else. I was nothing but nice the whole transaction and she just ignored me and gave me looks that could kill. Worst service at this store ever.“
