“The store was clean, including behind the glass where they prep the sandwiches and even in the cookie display. The floor had obviously been well kept, even with the steady flow of foot traffic observed while at the establishment. Everything seemed well stocked and prepared for whatever the day brings. Olivia was quite kind and generally efficient. I observed her washing her hands when beginning to work with me, upon returning after stepping away during creating the sandwich, and then again after I had paid when beginning to prepare a pick-up order. This act of conscientious adherence to sanitation protocol Is something very rarely seen, even after the horrible pandemic. I wish that more fast food workers were considerate like this individual, who obviously takes the cleanliness of their store and prep practices very seriously.“
