“I've never had an issue at this Starbucks. This is the only Starbucks I trust to make my Pink Drink correctly. Whenever I've had an issue, I bring it up to them (like ice in my drink) and have never had a problem. Maybe it's the way people go about addressing problems with the employees. The customer is NOT always right, especially if they have an attitude with the people who are working to make a living and get through their day, just like most of us.

“Very clean in the rest room. Very clean in the dining area. No trash in the parking lot. Door glass needed cleaned. Our server was nice and polite. The cashier was patient and didn't rush us rudely. Everything but the door glass has my thumbs up. I recommend doing business with them......April 2025. I just had to say I have been coming to this restaurant for several days. No matter what time of day the food is warm and fresh. First time I needed to wait for my food. That is fine with me. My meal was delivered to my pickup by a very kind, caring, young lady named Gina. I had to thank her for her kindness and that I appreciated her and her smile. Those 2 things are important to pass on to others. OK let's focus. Food is great service is great place is clean. “We’re in town visiting for the weekend and came across Maps. We enjoyed our visit there this morning. We loved the atmosphere and the esthetic of shop. They had a great variety of drink options. We ordered the honey and Mexican lattes along with kids steamers. The honey was sweet and delicious; the Mexican was just the right amount of spice you’re looking for in a coffee and the kids steamers were the perfect temp for our girls. Our youngest liked it so much she forked out every last drop of the milk. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town visiting. 💜“

“My experience was bitter sweet, i guess. . I visited on a Sunday before service. I sat down in the coffee shop area while i waited on my coffee order and to my surprise NO ONE took the time to come and say hello or try to get to know me like most people in some churches do. So after a while of receiving my coffee and sitting down i just got up and left. I would definitely come back to order another coffee. . . sadly to check out the service Not so much. . Interestingly enough though the building is large, it’s all drive thru, no inside coffee shop seating! The location is nice that there’s plenty of parking and egress for drive thru. The staff here not only makes my coffee beverage and food order perfectly, but they also go the extra mile to make me feel like a part of their Scooters family. I can not remember a single time my food or drink was not on par. The staff is always super kind, friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere of the store is extremely welcoming and the store itself is always clean and relaxing. As I sit to have my coffee I hear the staff treat everyone who walks into their store the same way, so I know I am not a special customer, everyone is. I have also been to the store when they have had community events, hosting for animal adoptions and the local soccer leagues. They certainly care for more than just going to work everyday. “Located inside Price Chopper, I have found I would rather walk in/out to this Starbucks, even though a stand alone Starbucks was built next door. Service has always been amazing.
