“Today my niece tossed her retainer in trash. She didn’t let us know u til 2-3 hrs after and we went back just as they were closing. Cray, Erin and Jacob went above and beyond and provide some amazing customer service to my sister-in-law and family and assisted us in locating her retainer by looking through the trash outside. “I love Homers drive in. I go there every time I’m going to Leavenworth. The beautiful owner is great at making sure you have what you need during your time there. I appreciate the history Homers has made for itself in Leavenworth. It’s a throwback Mom and Pop spot. The way restaurants should be. They have awesome pie too!“

“Me and my best friend went through the drive through tonight - it’s her birthday tomorrow and she wouldn’t let me get anything for her so at the window I told the girl (Elena) that it was her birthday and we had a blast. We got her a chocolate frosty and she got the whole crew together to sing her happy birthday and as embarrassed as my friend was, she really felt joy from the interaction. “Overall, the experience is okay. I stop early in the morning right after they open using the mobile app to order. Most of the time, the employees don't turn on the lights, making the place look closed. I've had a few issues with the employees not taking orders or coming to the drive-through window, which cost my my order even though I already paid. The employees not working has only been on Monday mornings.“
