“So glad we now have a Arby’s! For fast food, in my opinion it’s the best. It’s new and it’s clean! Please keep it that way. Don’t become like the other restaurants in town as far as cleanliness and good service.“

“It started hailing and dumping rain after we ordered. We ordered a lot of food and drinks and everything was out fast and fresh. The BEST tots I've had from a Sonic in a while. Whoever cooked tonight, keep them. Also, our carhop, MIA, was amazing. Big smile, more concern keeping our order dry than herself, just an awesome experience all around.

Parking: Several Bays to park and order as well as an outside eating area and a drive-thru.

Kid-friendliness: Always fun toys in the kids meals, which are well priced, so that's fun.

Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty much just a flat lot and a drive-thru option is available.“

“Went in at 8:35 2/28/25. The cashier communicated they were short staffed, and that my chicken sandwich would be a hold up, it was super fresh. I saw 2 guys knock out 5 people's orders in that time frame. Food, great, communication, great, speed, extremely impressive. I fished off moms burger also really good.

Over all I'm super satisfied, we wasted 35 minutes in the taco bell drive through and came in a bit snippy. Sorry about that, you guys didn't deserve it. I'm highly satisfied with this store.“

“Great service, truly impecible. If you visit frequently, they remember your names and orders if you get the same thing. They're very friendly. If they're slow on the food, which they rarely are, they might give you a cupon for a free taco. The food is usually pretty fresh and never too unfresh. Today a new girl took my order. She did well enough, but before she finished the order my taco was on a tray. Let me come get my purse as they were closing (on their own suggestion) and were very kind about it.“

“To be very honest, although there was a very strange odor in the air, I have to say, this is probably the very best McDonald's establishment I have ever enjoyed. The counter service was on point, the food was, well, McDonald's, But everything was not only wrapped properly, not all messy, & uniform just like on the commercials, the lady (assistant manager) that served me was most pleasant and attentive to me & if there was anything else I needed. Nothing like all these inner city McDonald's that slap your food together and have dismissive bad attitudes (obviously have a chip on their shoulders) when they call your number and turn & walk away without so much as a "Here's your order, or here you go, have a nice day." I wish the General Manger or Regional Manager was able to come to Overland Park KS @ the McDonald's in front of the library on West 87th Street & see exactly how proud of themselves they should be.
As God is my witness. I would actually stop @ McDonald's a bit more often IF it were more like the one in Fort Scott Kansas.

“This was a great stop after a day at the lake! We're feeding a family of 6 and it's rare to find a fast food drive thru that gets our order correct on the first try lol. They got our food to us fast and everyone enjoyed their meals. Staff were friendly and efficient.“
