NEVER order online for pick up if you are trying to save time or avoid lines. It would have been faster to stand in line and order at the counter. Time told to pick up was 12:30. Waited till 12:35 to go in just in case and then stood with 20+ people all waiting by the pick-up shelf. My order was finally ready at 12:50. there was hardly anyone in the regular line ordering at the counter. We tried a new drive through pick up. arrived exactly on time. 30 minutes we moved up one car length. need to find a way so that people don't enter the pick up line until food is ready so everyone isn't held up by someone showing up early. maybe a text when order is ready so you know to enter line. after 45 minutes we got our food by walking in. got home many things missing or incorrect including queso in my bowl and I am deathly allergic to dairy...so after all of that...read full review
I ordered a salad. They only added 2 small pieces of lettuce. I called and reported to the manager that my order was wrong and the they suggested for me to drive all the way back and they will give me hand full if lettuce. I asked for a refund and they couldn't do it. I called back and get more instructions on how the get a refund and the employee who answered the phone literally started laughing at me. I will never eat their again. The guidance and customer support was terrible.
