“Usually great food, and we est here often. However, last week we were 100% dissatisfied! First, the entire meal was late, they had to substitute knots for garlic bread, waited forever and the calzone had literally one piece of meat about 1"x1.5" and what looked like a mozzarella stick for cheese. The meal was gross, late, over cooked and not what we ordered or paid for. So disappointed. Since it is a long drive we regularly make I doubt we will be returning. $34 meal wasted.“

Parking: They have very few spots to park at but if you find a spot find it as close as possible because it's the best place to have a good view of this city and great food
Kid-friendliness: To my surprise this was a very astonishing the food was overly amazing my daughter and I enjoy every bit of it to me that this restaurant was amazing place to eat at restaurant they are kid-friendly very very delightful gave my daughter a free drink they are sweet and think of the little ones plus they had a little bit of Halloween candy to give out from when Halloween just passed so so sweet with children my daughter was happy as well as I thankful to have a genuine restaurant like nicks ?“

“Very friendly service, I felt appreciated. My first impression walking in was “Wow, low lighting!” Hate overhead lighting and sterile decor. The decor choices are very entertaining. This place is surprising and compelling. Food was good, had a pork tenderloin and fries (that’s how I judge a diner). They had my NA beer! I’ll be back with my girlfriends.“

“02/10/24. We layed to rest today my 95 yr old Marine Corp Korean War Veteran grandpa, and at 6 pm went to get pizza and I got to hold the door open for another Korean war Veteran, the man working the front was so kind and sweet to this old man, even walked his food out to him in his car, the man that brought my food to the counter was very respectful, I just wanna say that 2815 S 47th St, Kansas City, KS 66106 Pizza Hut are the bees knees man, good job.“

“I went to Domino's for my clents husband today because of a recent fall he had a week or so ago and I must say Jeffrey, Miranda and Kelly are the most caring, concerned staff I have ever experienced before. They didnt charge for the pizza I had ordered for them and they wrote a VERY caring note on the box that stated "Get well soon with a heart snd then signed Domino's. This was a very touching moment for myself Norma and my client Barbara and her husband Clarence. Thank you for your superior customer service and your caring hearts. God has blessed us. I recomnend Domino's Pizza to anyone wanting pizza. Its tasty, fast and a phenomenal day staff (Jeffrey, Miranda and Kelly). Lord Bless!!!“

“The general manager was very patient and polite. There was a mess up on my order and instead of just telling me to deal with it like other places I was actually given the choice of a refund or a new pizza made. So I appreciate the customer service greatly“

“I ordered twice from pizza hut on prospect yesterday because two classes were awarded a pizza party. The food was hot and fresh both times. I truly like the big sign on the wall that had the time that my food would be ready. I got there right on time the first time and the second time I got there 5 minutes early and went next door to look around in the Rainbow shop. It was a good experience. Pizza Hut is improving with their service!“

“We came here last minute to grab some pizza, and Shermaine absolutely blew us away with her amazing customer service! She was so friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience top-notch. The wings and the pizza were straight FIRE 🔥—seriously some of the best we’ve had. The food quality was top tier, and everything came out hot and fresh. I would 100% recommend this Pizza Hut location to anyone looking for great food and even better service. Huge shoutout and thank you to Shermaine!!“
