The service is so slow, they obviously do not have enough employees for this place to even be open. 20+ min for a drink, and they don’t answer the drive through.
Awful. Never eating at sonic again. Waited 45 minutes for any service, employees ignored and never delivered food. Do not visit this establishment. Corporate didn’t even refund my order.

Recently, there was a situation where a customer waited 15 minutes with no updates, leading to frustration among those in line. Overall, Sonic Drive-In continues to strive for improvement, making it a place worth visiting.
