“Went to the lunch buffet since they just opened it back up. Food was very fresh and good. I was surprised at how busy it was and they still was able to keep up with it. Can't wait to go again“

“Usually great food, and we est here often. However, last week we were 100% dissatisfied! First, the entire meal was late, they had to substitute knots for garlic bread, waited forever and the calzone had literally one piece of meat about 1"x1.5" and what looked like a mozzarella stick for cheese. The meal was gross, late, over cooked and not what we ordered or paid for. So disappointed. Since it is a long drive we regularly make I doubt we will be returning. $34 meal wasted.“

“I went to Domino's for my clents husband today because of a recent fall he had a week or so ago and I must say Jeffrey, Miranda and Kelly are the most caring, concerned staff I have ever experienced before. They didnt charge for the pizza I had ordered for them and they wrote a VERY caring note on the box that stated "Get well soon with a heart snd then signed Domino's. This was a very touching moment for myself Norma and my client Barbara and her husband Clarence. Thank you for your superior customer service and your caring hearts. God has blessed us. “Worst customer service EVER!!! ordered online at 1:59pm. Went in to pick up my pizza at 2:10 and it wasn't done yet. Person working there said it would be 5 minutes and she would bring it out to me. At 2:40 I went back in to see what the deal was and the reply I received was...Oh, I forgot. Seriously? I asked to talk to the manager and my only option was to take this cold pizza or wait another 30 minutes for another one. No refund...Never again.“

Old: They forgot my Root Beer :/ got put on a 25min hold, they should just advise to use the websites CONTACT US where within the phone hold the chatbot just gave me a coupon… I hope the driver (DoorDash) gets my tip because on the receipt it says there is no Drivers Gratuity and the website saying the tip was for the driver. My pizza was near cold and dont live that far either 🤷🏽‍♂️ Best wishes and improvements to the pizza operations (the picture makes the pizza look flavorful but its oddly dark/dull taste maybe it was the cupped pepperonis) avoiding the thin crust moving forward.“

“I have made this my go to pizza place. Every pizza I have had is absolutely delicious. I order delivery and it is always fresh, hot & fast. They utilize door dash for delivery which I’m not particularly fond of. Had a horrible experience with a door dash named Miguel. He “delivered” to wrong address & proceeded to argue he hadn’t. Papa John’s made good on it immediately & the 2nd door dash driver was awesome. Tonight I ordered & saw Miguel was going to be the delivery person. I called my Papa John’s & said I do NOT want him delivering. They fixed that quickly. Excellent staff, excellent service, excellent food!“

“The middle aged gentleman saved this place for me. He was kind. Great attitude and service. Smile on his face. I stepped outside because he said it would be about 6 min. He got it done early and brought it to my door. Customer service is 100%. I wish I had this young man's name. Because a few months ago I ordered here and the two kids, one male and one female, freaked out that I had a $50. How they couldn't do change. It was a bit ridiculous. So I had to leave and get small bills. I thought I would give them another shot. And took change this time. The new guy literally saved this store for me. Great guy.“
