“Visiting from Florida and Joe was fantastic! The bar reminds me of our beach bars back home (minus the beach of course). Joe was lively, friendly, and personable. We went mid afternoon on a Saturday and the bar wasn’t too crowded. Drinks were great and you can’t beat the price. Very happy that I got to experience this place and that we got to meet Joe.“

“This is a great little bar that is mostly a well kept secret amongst local Lawrencians. Great service, great drinks, fun atmosphere and a fantastic patio. The best part though are the open mics that draw exceptional local artists and live music in an intimate setting on the weekends. As a musician, I love playing here!“

“I cant believe this is the first time I've been here but I will definitely come back! The fried mushrooms and Mushroom Swiss burger were delicious. The staff is super friendly and attentive! Also they have pool tables! The prices on both food and drinks were more than fair. They cleaned the countertop regularly (i watched). I was super happy!“

“I was actually expecting a simple tavern when I came into town to perform this past Friday. Once inside though, the venue had a night club vibe to it. Still intimate, but more upscale than a regular bar. The layout is nice and clean. Plus the downstairs room is pretty cool and isolated to the point where 2 separate events can be held simultaneously. Bottom line is, Elmo's is a nice spot with good vibes and staff. Can't wait to return in a couple of months. Thanks for a good time.“

“The "Cheers" of Lawrence. Harbour Lights is very welcoming and fun with a great community of regulars. Everyone on staff is great, Thursday nights are my favorite time to come, my favorite bartender and friends come then so come get a drink with us.“

“I've been to alot of concerts here. I like all the seating. The bathrooms are super small. I wish they would offer more drink choices like bottles of mikes hard lemonade, seagrams wine coolers, and smirnoff wine coolers.“

“Leroys is the place to be in Lawrence if you have a big group! We just had a Delta Upsilon Fraternity Alumni party there and it more than accommodated what we needed. The location is great, awesome TVs everywhere, cold drinks and great service! The Chiefs won! This is a fantastic venue and great for Lawrence!“

“Atmosphere is great. Great cross of a towny and dive. Has different levels that has different vibes. However, the bartender Sophia R. Is not very nice. My group asked if a specific friend of ours was working the main bar and she was very dismissive and rude for asking. Then proceeded to be rude to us and other patrons beside us. I understand that service work is grueling and at times unforgiving, but she was especially rude. We like taproom, but would not visit if she is on shift. Otherwise, always a great experience. Great authentic Lawrence atmosphere.“

Love Lawrence, this is a must-eat staple on Mass, then hit up the thrift store across the street (3 levels) and support the other local shops. Great way to spend a morning, afternoon or evening. Lots of good eats and local shops in Lawrence!“

“The waitress was very friendly and authentic. She had several mishaps which reminded me of my waitressing days. She charmingly navigated her way through them. The food was ok - pancakes dry, the Denver skillet was dry too but a good size. The syrup container was very sticky. The bacon was cooked well. It's convenient for where we are staying - not sure if it's worth driving to especially when it's cold outside.“
