It’s crazy that you can order on the app at 9:11pm and show up to the restaurant at 9:25pm and still have to wait 20 minutes for three hamburgers. Very incompetent staff I can’t believe how disorganized this place is
They had me pull around because they were waiting on my tots to come out and after 12 minutes I go Inside to remind them I’m out there and I walk In to the two front line employees bend over on their phone while my bad a food sit next to one of them. When the noticed me walk in they asked their cooks if the bag was ready and the cooks tell them it had been ready by the employee. They hand me my food ask me if I order A drink which I did And they hand me a cup with no apologies...read full review
Waited over 20 minutes just to place an order with only two cars ahead of us. Staff seemed overwhelmed and communication was poor. After ordering, we were told we’d have to wait even longer because burgers weren’t ready. I also observed employees touching their face/ears without gloves during food prep. Very disappointing experience, especially with kids in the car.
