“Genuinely, the best crew nicest people ever. Whenever they don’t have anything or take too long they always give you something to compensate for it, which is really nice. They didn’t have a water bottle so she gave us three cookies that was really sweet. They’re always really fast and they talk to you at the window and make you feel welcome. Genuinely the best McDonald’s crew in Lawrence. Especially the night shift they are so nice! One time they took a little longer so she gave us big coffees! The night crew here are some of my favorite people!!“

“McDonald’s is the classic MVP of fast food, but this location’s execution feels hit-or-miss. The menu is consistent, but the service speed and order accuracy keep slipping out of alignment. Waiting too long for cold fries isn’t part of the value proposition. With a stronger focus on efficiency and quality control, this store could easily level up from “it’ll do” to a smooth, reliable go-to stop again.“
“I ordered a medium iced coffee and a burger and they gave me an additional small ice coffee because they accidentally poured the wrong size first. I probably shouldn't have but I drank both and now I can't get to sleep. Not really their fault that I pathologically cannot waste food.“
