“Lauren was outstanding!!!!!! We had a group of 12 …….I made the reservation. Our tables were tucked so we could chat and not be in the mainstream. A dynamite waitress, sweet and so accommodating of whatever we asked. No goofs even with this huge group. And……..I brought two special occasion pies for dessert. She put them in the cooler. She even cut and served them for us!! I cannot compliment Lauren enough for her over the top service & kindness to us. Delicious food too!)“

“No hype here. Just good quality comfort and reliable service. I don't love this type of food on the regular, but for bar food and basics, they do a great job and have a good variety of options. Their pizzas are good, the Italian sandwich delicious, and my favorite are their homemade potato chips. Plus it's easy in, easy out, with spacious booths, perfect for taking my mother-in-law, who needs a little assistance getting around. And wear whatever you want! Oh, and no one side glances you if you (or your partner, in my case) orders a whiskey at lunchtime.“

“Found this place completely by accident & will definitely be going back deliberately! Food & service were amazing. We got there at 9:30pm & had freshly cooked to order food & smiles with quick attentive friendly service.

“Date night. Great place to go. Huge selection of drinks and awesome food. I had a salad with salmon that was one of the vest salads i have ever had and my boyfriend had a bourbon burger and said it was "perfect". We had the loaded spud app and shared the pretzel dessert....the best beginning and ending we could want. Our server, Heather, was so sweet and talked us through a lot of our options. She was super attentive. We will definitely be heading back!“

“Moe was amazing! She handled the entire bar/restaurant by herself on a Chiefs Sunday! She served everyone's drinks and food, cleaned up everywhere, wiped off tables if spills or anything happened, cashed out everyone tabs, literally did everything by herself! And she made it look easy, which we all know but that could not have been easy! I really appreciate her and her hard work!

“A group of us had lunch at Becks today. I would definitely give it a thumbs up. everyone got something different to eat from burgers, fish, Rueben and chicken fried chicken dinner and chicken fried steak. Our waitress Bea was great.!!! Would hope to get her again when I'm there.“

“1st time back since before 2018. I knew that wasnt the same burger, used to be a well made well seasoned meat. this was a soggy, horribly seasoned frozen patty. If thisbis the "best burger" in KC than the city should be disappointed. Employees were great. Bathrooms, well I should a stepped in there before I ate. I can't imagine the atrocities present in the kitchen that bathroom was a crime scene, maybe they pay off the food inspectors? Should also stop advertising as using McGonigles meat. since they don't exist anymore. will not be returning .“

“The food was great but I wouldn’t come here on an evening of you want good service. My husband and I did a tasting tour near by and wanted something to eat before we headed back to the Air BnB. Immediately you could tell how the experience was going to be when we didn’t order drinks right away and didn’t see our server again for about 15 minutes. She was very obviously more interested in paying more attention to customers that ordered drinks right away. She didn’t give her name otherwise I would I mention here. We only got one water and she didn’t come back to us again. We went to go to the hostess to try to pay our bill, ended up stopping her as she was leaving the bar. I give 2 stars out of 5. That’s only because the food was really good. I don’t think I would come back here. Maybe during the day would be better but I don’t know if I’d come here again anyway.“

“A friend and I met for Happy Hour at Lew's the other day, and we had a marvelous time!
Our server was Sara P, who was truly awesome. Despite being the sole server (and bartender!), Sara was friendly, welcoming and efficient. She guided us through the menu (as it was our first time visiting the establishment), gave us great recommendations on menu choices, and checked back with us frequently throughout the meal. She was genuinely interested in ensuring we had a good time, and I really appreciate her!
The food was EXCELLENT--I had the Southwest Egg Rolls and my friend had the Nachos, and both of our meals were delicious! The kitchen did a nice job in preparing them quickly, and the presentation was lovely.
Lew's is a homey, hospitable place; the seating is comfortable, and there's just enough space around the booths, tables, and bar so that we felt cozy without feeling closed-in.
Fabulous food, fast and friendly service, and a welcoming environment--you can bet we'll be back to Lew's soon!“

“Lucky Boys is a classic bar & lounge in the West Bottoms of Kansas City that offers great bar drinks and excellent bar food items. Some of their food options include pizza, poutine fries, burgers, phillys & more.
Thursday night is pizza night at Lucky Boys. We ordered a vodka sauce pizza with cheese, pepperoni, jalapeños, mushrooms, and arugula…YUM! If you go on a night that poutine is on the menu…do NOT miss out because they serve the best poutine fries I’ve ever had! There is a even a pool table here if you enjoy playing pool.
I highly recommend checking out Lucky Boys while exploring in the KC West Bottoms.“

“Andrew and his team in the Market Grill are amazing! We came in on Saturday to feed our football team in between games and they did not disappoint! Food was fresh and tasted great. They let us spread out in the top seating area so our kids and families could sit and eat comfortably while we warmed up from the freezing rain and cold. Highly recommend them and will plan on stopping again the next time we play football nearby!“

“This is definitely the best bar in the Kc area! I’m not even a huge drinker, but I love the atmosphere here. Best bartenders in town! That’s my fave part after the wings! Yes the wings here are the best in town!! The drink selection is fantastic! Once again the bartenders are THE BEST!!! “This is a great little dive bar. I stopped in yesterday with a friend who needed some cheering up. They had Dunkle on tap which was great. My friend had the Orange Crush cocktail and said it was fantastic. I ordered a salad and a Rueben. The salad was better than any I have had recently- super fresh and their ranch dressing was perfection! The Rueben was excellent as well!“

“it was not the great experience I thought it would be, but for anyone on. a budget this palace serves enough per plate to feed an army. I am at KUMed, so taste buds are way off but everything seemed so salty. they also had no recall of my soda which I ordered online because it red soda. when my son came back with diet whatever I almost flipped him over. Maybe that's the swelling of the brain???🤔🤔🤔 regardless, my favorite husband has had a black and blue burger several times and he loves them. I get the feeling it's a dine- in kind of place.“

“Good place in brookside, portion size was a little small and the quality wasn't as good as we hoped. The fried chicken was sparse on flavor. The green beans very al dente. The Reuben was good with true pastrami and not prepackage like you get elsewhere but the fries were very bland. Service was a bit slow.“

“Had the cheese fries and they were awesome! Cheese sauce was flavorful (not the same old cheese sauce that others use). The fries stayed crunchy even with the sauce over them. Also had a bacon/cheeseburger that was very flavorful. And of course the giant hot wings. Their homemade blue cheese dipping sauce was very good, not overpowering. Great service even though it got crowded. I Highly recommend!“

“We had our wedding and celebration at The Summit Grill in Lee’s Summit last night. WOW!!! I cannot give this place and their employees enough kudos. Shana, the event coordinator was exceptional and very responsive. The food was so good….everyone raved about how much they loved it. We did an appetizer buffet and chose a veggie tray, spin dip, chicken wings, chicken sliders, cheeseburger sliders and steak street tacos. The two dedicated bartenders we had were the very best! We had the back bar and outdoor area with a fire pit. It was above and beyond what we expected. I give this place the highest recommendation for any event. Also, their happy hour can’t be beat! Thank you Summit Grill for making our wedding celebration phenomenal!“
