“For the last few years, we have visited this location monthly, and have mostly had good service and food. Within the past year, the quality of both has improved to outstanding. I feel this is specifically due to the manager, Sarah, who seems to be there EVERY time we go! She is friendly, helpful, and on top of each area in the restaurant! From the window, to the counter, to filling food orders herself, she is smiling and generating a fun, consistent work environment. It is a pleasure to know that she cares and works hard to deliver great food to her customers. Thank you Sarah! *.*“

“Best fried chicken ever. The spice is great. We keep coming back but we always get it to go. The atmosphere/acoustics of the actual restaurant is horrible. Idk how the employees don’t go crazy. It’s very hard to hear and every voice echoes and blends together.“

“There may be some Kentucky restaurant and one thats Louisiana fast that serves chicken that better step up thier game with Gus's around. Stephanie the waitress we had was awesome. Drinks were always full.“

“Chicken was delicious as always, first time we had the mac and cheese definitely will go back for that! Was not a fan of the greens, I like extreme flavor of my greens, but Tanner brought out some vinegar something that helped give it a bit more of a bite! Okra is always my favorite! Even if I order nothing else from Gus's I will always order the okra. Yes it's high-priced but everything is high-priced anymore, no matter where you go. Thanks again Tanner we will definitely be back if not for the great service, for the fried okra, chicken and now the mac and cheese!“

“First time at Dave's. Amazing. Everything was good. Otis was friendly and personable and left a really good impression. That guy is going places. 10/10 recommend this Dave's if you want great service and good energy. Thanks Otis!

“The first time I ate it I was impressed, how delicious the chicken was crunchy and juicy, they have a delicious sauce, I went for the second time just as delicious (the only bad thing was that this time the cabbage salad was damaged) but the rest of the rest was delicious I forgot to mention the very soft bread.“

“Was at Chic fil A by Oak Park Mall this week. Waited on by a gentleman named Cesar. He was so polite and kind. Stood out because of his Customer service plus attitude. After eating and still talking with my friend, he came over and offered to take out trash. Again, over the top customer service! As we exited he thanked us for coming in! In a world where fast food restaurants cannot keep enough staff, this man shines like a gem! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! He IS what brings customers back! Great job Cesar!! Attention management…you have something very special in this gentleman! Take note and reward this treatment of customers!!!“

“I always always come to this canes and the food is always amazing but this time around Amber C. Was phenomenal she made sure to check on us a few times and was very friendly and welcoming. Need more people like her. She definitely deserves to have a manager position. Happy new year“

“My recent visit was much better than the last time I visited. An order of mixed lives and gizzards always hits the spot! Their g sauce is petty good too. At least the olathe location, during the day, had decent staff working. Price isn't the best, but I'm sure that they give the best that they can given what the economy has given them to work with now a days. I'm still gonna go there because it's good food! I do hope that some day they can improve the drive thru speakers. But please don't let that stop you from getting some good chicken bits. The little spicy carrots are really good, and you can put the juice from them into the gravy, or over you meal itself. That is definitely a good treat! Hope you enjoy ?

“Everyone that I've experienced has been very friendly at this location. Usually the drive through has a line but they get you through pretty quickly. There's hardly ever a wait to order in the lobby but getting a table can sometimes be tricky depending on when you visit. The restaurant itself appears very clean.“

“Went to this restaurant from a recommendation from a friend. Was waiting at the entrance with no signage or direction of how to order.
An employee addressed the person arrived with the order at a touch screen and then to sit whenever. We ordered together at the screen , had a seat, and proceeded to wait. Moments later our appetizer arrived but the employee continued to acknowledge to speak with whom I was sharing a lunch with and not me at all. Regardless of if it had to do with the order or anything else.
Aside from that, food was delicious. Chicken had a solid crunch to it with juicy and tender meat. The chicken bulgogi was good and rice was done. I had also ordered a honeydew boba tea that was very tasty.“

“Was working nearby, saw this on the map and thought it was a small restaurant. Turns out it's a chain restaurant. Oh well. Tried the chicken wrap, it was delicious. Also got some chicken strips with mashed potatoes and a bun. The chicken was OK, poorly cooked on one side so one side was crispy the other soggy. The mashed potatoes had a thick yellow gel on top which my friend informed me was actually gravy and that it's made in/with the chicken grease. I did not try it.

“I don’t want to say I don’t recommend, because I do love the food, but ever since the renovation we’ve never had a correct order. The mess ups have ranged from no sides being added to the kids meals, zero sauces added that were requested, missing fries and today missing sauces, wasn’t given one of the kids ice creams, and the wrong side being added to the kods meals. I try to spot check the best I can when we get our order, but it’s just impossible. I think the renovation only provides more bodies in the drive though area this causing a lot of confusion.“

“Tried the State Line location yesterday- great people, friendly service, and amazing food🔥🔥 Ordered the mixed plate to try the chicken and steak. Great taste and so fresh, right off the grill. Bonus points for having the pagers given to you so you can wait in your car for the order! Can’t wait to go back!“

“If you were on the highway heading north, you seen a sign saying chick-fil-a but no building, I heard new store open and first ones you get a year of chix sandwich meal, COVID hit and nobody knew what will happen, I work overnight and drove fast to get in line and I got one of the lucky card, staff was super friendly with long lines of cars and at the window too, then carry out, Drew was the cashier, we talked and that was the first time for me to talk to head guy, I’ll see them at the door and say hi but that’s all, this was the first location to dine in, I’m a red card member been to Salina to Springfield and never had staff come ask if I wanted a refill or how is everything, I meet Sabrina who comes by your table how is everything wanting a refill outgoing lady, who should be employee of the month“
