“I believe that Chick-fil-A is the gold standard for quick service restaurants. Their food product is exceptional and their staff is typically well trained and courteous. However, the location and Derby Kansas recently reconfigured their drive-thru to have a dedicated mobile order lane. I am sure that this was an intentionally implemented inconvenience to try to encourage more mobile orders, but until that happens, it has turned their normally lightning fast drive-thru service into something much less amazing.“

“I wanted something sweet on my lunch break so I decided to give this place a try. I was expecting your typical shaved ice but I was excited when I seen their gourmet options and now I fear I may have a new addiction. Lol so delicious! I have the coconut cream pie and It was so good I can’t wait to try more!“

I received an incorrect item at a different location and went in to ask if they would swap.
Cashier was busy but quick to notice me, greeted, and asked how to help. I explained my issue and they went to confirm with the manager.
Manager came by in seconds. I repeated my issue. Manager stated they don't usually do a swap from another location (as I expected), but they would check with the district manager since they were available. Within a minute the manager returns and processed my exchange with no problems and some witty banter.

Some minutes later another worker has my food with a delightful presentation saying order for "Mess up." (A clever and funny entry into the system.)
I was very pleased with the service especially because this location gets really busy.
I can't promise they'll switch your items as it's not policy, but based on this you'll get some great service. Thank you, your DM should be pleased.“

“Food is always delicious and the staff was happy and in a good mood, which reflects well on the management. Only complaint is that the corporate app is really bad. It almost never gets what I want in the cart. I hope the app is soon updated to the usability of other fast food apps.“

“The people that took my order and brought it out were very sweet. It was busy when I got there but they were very efficient (I got my food 5 ish minutes after ordering). I recommend if you want iced coffee, that you just get the normal cold brew, that's what I normally get. The french vanilla is a little too sweet.“

“My milkshake's lid wasn't fastened securely, so things got a little drippy. The only other thing I could possibly complain about is that one of the credit card reader machines needs some maintenance, but that's pretty minor. I love the roast beef sandwiches at Arby's so much, I once ordered enough from one of the Wichita locations to have leftovers for a week!“

“They have good chili dogs, the motsarella sticks are quite tasty as well. Their drinks are usually quite nice, rare to get a watery drink here.

Vegetarian options: I don't think they have any vegetarian options, if they do there's not great advertisement of those options.“

I hope Jasmine is compensated well as she DESERVES it!! FINALLY a Taco Bell that “fills” the quesidea how it should be. As others only fill the tip of it and nothing but tortilla is left to eat!“
