“I love my local Pizza Hut. I never have to wait - everything is ready when they say it will be. Always delicious and hot. We recently had a birthday party and ordered 12 pizzas total (I think). Ready when we asked for it - everything perfect as always.“

“I believe that Chick-fil-A is the gold standard for quick service restaurants. Their food product is exceptional and their staff is typically well trained and courteous. However, the location and Derby Kansas recently reconfigured their drive-thru to have a dedicated mobile order lane. I am sure that this was an intentionally implemented inconvenience to try to encourage more mobile orders, but until that happens, it has turned their normally lightning fast drive-thru service into something much less amazing.“

“Review is specifically for service.
I received an incorrect item at a different location and went in to ask if they would swap.
Cashier was busy but quick to notice me, greeted, and asked how to help. I explained my issue and they went to confirm with the manager.
Manager came by in seconds. I repeated my issue. Manager stated they don't usually do a swap from another location (as I expected), but they would check with the district manager since they were available. Within a minute the manager returns and processed my exchange with no problems and some witty banter.

Some minutes later another worker has my food with a delightful presentation saying order for "Mess up." (A clever and funny entry into the system.)
I was very pleased with the service especially because this location gets really busy.
I can't promise they'll switch your items as it's not policy, but based on this you'll get some great service. Thank you, your DM should be pleased.“

“Food is always delicious and the staff was happy and in a good mood, which reflects well on the management. Only complaint is that the corporate app is really bad. It almost never gets what I want in the cart. I hope the app is soon updated to the usability of other fast food apps.“

“I was in the drive though, at around 2:00, and it went pretty quickly, and there was not much to complain about. I was just given a faulty straw; that's about it. Employees could be a little friendlier, but they weren't rude—so good job, Derby.

Vegetarian options: Theres a side salad.

Parking: About like 10-20 I didn't really count.

“They have good chili dogs, the motsarella sticks are quite tasty as well. Their drinks are usually quite nice, rare to get a watery drink here.

“Although I don’t live in the same state as this Sonic anymore, I used to and it was THE. BEST. I love this Sonic so much and I used to go there all the time. They made the best corndogs and chicken tenders ever!! If you are getting a drink, (I don’t know if they still have these or not) I would recommend pop rocks in the drink!! The staff were always so kind here and I lived right across the street from this sonic and it truly was an all time great“
