“This place is fantastic!!! I’ve ordered here many many times and they never disappoint. Delicious food, generous portions, great prices with fast courteous service. I personally gravitate to their vegetable fried rice but I also enjoy many of their other menu items. They have some really great side order/appetizers too such as spring rolls, fries, etc. You cannot go wrong here, I highly recommend!!!“

“Food was fresh, service was great. The one in the front and the manager are very accomodating and very nice people. We live in JC and we came here for my citizenship interview. We decided to go to the mall before we head back home and we chose the sarku japan to dine in. Can't thank enough the crew, very nice people especially the manager! (Forgot the lady's name) but she is very helpful!

“We had an amazing hibachi experience. It was so nice to sit back and unwind while enjoying our meal being prepared in front of us. The food was abundant and delicious. We will definitely be coming back and recommending to others.“

“Fabulous as always, had the ginger salad, edamame, and hibachi chicken and steak. The service is always perfect, and they have a lot of appetizers on sale until 6:00 p.m. for happy hour, along with drink specials.“
