I chose French Onion soup and the arugula salad with pecans, accompanied by Andre's in-house-made dressing. The main course was a fall harvest quiche with potatoes and apples, a locally made goat cheese, baked on a flaky crust. Wowie! Filling, hearty, and beautiful. “Was my 1st time and I was excited....I walked in smiling but my smile fell asleep immediately the one cashier grabbed the other and pointed at me whispering. I looked behind me but no one else was entering. I shrugged it off immediately because the place itself was such an amazing sight. I loved the setup and I spent quite a few minutes just walking around admiring such variety. The only downfall was the staff behind the counter watching me closely but never asking if I needed anything. Another customer smiled at me warmly and asked if it was my 1st time and explained about how everything works....I then got a few pastries 🍰 to try and walked over to the first register.both cashiers were now leaning against the counter on cell phones and when I said hi is this where I check out? The girl whose register is was in front of looked at me and walked away . I took my tray to the next register and repeated the same question. The young lady bagged my items and never said a word except to tell me my total. I wanted to ask for a manager but I was pressed for time. The pastry was incredible and I would love to take my daughter's there but with staff like that?“

“We ordered cinnamon roles to be picked up a day in advance for a brunch we were hosting. We had ordered from the catering menu. We received a call from store manager Eric the morning before picking up our order. He recognized that we were likely ordering food for the next day given our pickup time was 5pm. He talked to us about our order and revised it to cinnaPacks to save money. I felt this was great customer service to take the time to make these alterations to our order. I picked up my order and food was ready when I got there. Of course, the roles are delicious! And the cold brew was good too. I believe Cinnabon rolls are consistently good most places that you go. But customer service at this location takes it up a notch! Well done.“
