“Dear New Friends at Jorge’s Cantina, We were treated like we were old friends. The food was excellent and we loved the not over-salted to make up for lack of great spice-know-how and flavor. The food also looked amazing on our plates. The wait staff is very efficient and friendly. The margaritas are delish and of generous proportion! All the customers seem happy to be there which is fun in itself! To sum it up, Jorge’s lives up to its motto, “ Never a bad day at Jorge’s!” Looking forward to our next visit.”

I asked the person who made the shrimp sandwich to change gloves due to a seafood allergy and the potential of cross contamination. To my surprise, not only did he change them but all the employees changed their gloves to keep him safe. I never like to have special requests but I was so thankful for their kindness and compassion. “I had such an incredible experience at LongHorn Steakhouse in Topeka! From the moment we walked in, everything about this visit was exceptional. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere that made the entire dining experience enjoyable.

A special thank you to Manager Randy, who is clearly doing an outstanding job leading this location. His professionalism and attention to making sure guests have a great experience really stood out. It’s obvious he takes pride in running a restaurant with high standards.

Our server, Ashley, was absolutely phenomenal. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made our visit memorable.

The food was cooked perfectly, served fresh, and tasted amazing. Everything from start to finish exceeded expectations. It’s not often you come across a restaurant where both management and staff work together so seamlessly to create such a fantastic experience.
