“I've eaten here three times very recently for the first time in 4 years and the food was GOOD and fresh and service was GREAT. Drive through staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed before we drove off.I'd had two bad experiences with this location back in late 2019 with tough meat and dry buns and fries not so fresh.A few weeks ago I decided to give El Dorado location another try for the first time in 4 years after having a good experience at an out-of-state Arby's recently and the El Dorado location was also great as I said.Hats off to management and staff for making the El Dorado Arby's great again. ?“

“First time ever, and I was super impressed!! Seeing Elvis in the front window was what made me think I should give it a try! Happy with my decision to stop! My Turkey Turkey sandwich was fresh and delicious. I loved that the fries were served in a cup.
Hope to find myself back in an area where I can eat at a Spangles again!“

“Family owned fast food chain. All restaurants have similar decor but I have checked the movies out they have on their walls and if you like B movies they are kind of good. Food is always served hot. They take special orders with no issues but check your order. They occasionally make a mistake but are quick to fix it once they know. Staff has always been friendly. For me, sometimes the floors are slippery, even though they are dry. Restrooms have always been clean and stocked.“

“Purchased a double cheese burger today. What a surprise, a cold cheeseburger. Unbelievable! I threw most of it away. French fries were good. I guess I’ll just stick with the ice cream.“

“I think they have the best food around. I always eat there when I come home for visit. I always eat there when I was a kid growing up and now as a adult. they have the best pork tender sandwich ever. and their chocolate malts aren't bad either. I would recommend that you go eat there and pick it up and take it home with you.“

“We stopped here as a family of five with a Grandma in tow in the middle of a 11 hour road trip. Very clean, nice staff, and good food! Overall, a positive experience which I haven't had at other Wendy's locations in recent months.“

“Had issues with my mobile ordering and called the location. Teshawn picked up and was extremely hospitable and fulfilled/resolved my issues. The people here at this location are great and they deserve a bonus! Plus the food is always hot and fresh.“

“2nd time at this location in a week. There is no cleaner Taco Tico, or better customer service, than at this one! Plus, the food tastes like I remember as a kid, fresh ingredients, and delicious! The manager (I think), Jana (same lady everyone else has mentioned in reviews) cares about her customers, is friendly, and all people in the food service industry should take notes. She was awesome!! I live 2 hrs away, but will be back!! 🌮🌮🌮“

“Love love love this Pizza Hut just know that if you order online and you put something in the “special instructions” it’s probably not going to go through… So I always call and make sure… It’s because I order my pizza weird. The special instructions not going through on the website isn’t their fault. They are amazing!“

“Surprisingly a good visit, normally get cold food and bad service. Took 3 attempts to find a menu boats that worked so I could order. Placed my order and it was at my car in like 4 minutes. Server wasn't the friendliest but I got served. Good was hot even after driving home and order was correct. Dare I say they have fixed their problems?“

“Usually I like Dairy Queen, however, today I do not. Around noon (no customers in the store), I ordered (to go) 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers, 2 fries, 2 ice cream cupcakes. It was not until I got home that I realized I was 1 Bacon Cheeseburger short. I am not happy! Not sure I will go back to this location even though it is the most convenient for me.“

“Kaylee is fantastic and helped me through my divorce. Told me how to get my bag up. 10/10 love her she needs to own this place. If she ever gets fired from here I hope this business fails. Even our horses love her for all the water cups we got through her.“

“Just wanted to give a shout out thanks to Andrea and the crew working tonight. The lid popped off my shake as I was putting it in my cup holder and Andrea immediately said they could remake it for me. She ran in to start the remake and brought me a ton of napkins so I could clean up my mess. Thanks so much, Andrea! 🙂“

“No complaints, place was clean, service was fast and polite. No one was in the place it was empty. The food was hot and tasted fine. Had a pot pie don't care much for the fries. Rather, have the potatoe wedges instead. Overall, it was good.“

“This visit makes me want to eat DQ again.
Very clean. Very helpful cashier who helped me make lots substitutions for sides to appease a large party. She even helped me get 50% off via a deal in the DQ App and saved me $17!“
