“it's been a little while since this last review I set out obviously they changed personnel and not for the better I would call a total lack of incompetency and lack of general job knowledge I won't go back to this restaurant not for DoorDash not for Uber not even for myself Nice job there McDonald's you suc“

“When you enter McDonald's it's always a festive atmosphere. You not only see the kids excitement but you feel the joy in their voice and the parents sigh of relief that they get a little time to relax at least while their at McD's.“

“Some of the employees need retaining. I was told to come inside & pick up a order. So I was made to back out of drive thru all for the lobby to be locked & closed. I even told drive thru & they said they didn't care & made me get put of line. The lady working was rude on the speaker.“

“I am beyond pleased with the service I got here tonight! I showed up last minute before church. I didn't have a lot of time. My order was complicated but they were very patient with me. They asked me to pull up because we had a large order. I waited a few minutes, not long at all but I was late and had to go. I felt really bad but called and canceled the ordered. After church, i came back for the refund. I asked them if they could remake the order instead. They remade the order without any complaint. Honestly, I will come back here for drive thru weds because of Jaun, Adrian, and Landan. There was also a girl working the window but I didnt get her name. She was also very patient and accommodating. A+ for great service.“

“This is my local McDonald's, so I'm here every so often. I don't know who was responsible for preparing my nuggets tonight (9/17/24, about 8:30pm), but top notch work! They were perfect, and even the presentation looked great! Whoever is responsible, thanks for that little bit of extra attention!“

“2 of 4 drinks weee not Full. We got 3 sausage McMuffins & One #3 meal. Had to wait on food. Pulled forward. Received food w zero hash browns. Had to wait longer… Left & realized zero straws for 4 drinks. Muffins burned. This was a bummer trip to McDonalds. This one ALWATS has issues. It’s sad because the older lady at the first window is always so nice and accurate!“

“This is 1 of 3 McDonald's I go to in Wichita area. It is my main one for sure. They are always on top of it. I would say they took too long 1 out of 100 times and I was in a rush so they refunded my money and I moved on. I can't believe they have this low of rating! They should be 4 stars or above easy. “McDonald's is a fast food restaurant they serve with a smile and the people that serve are people who can multitask.
I love to go to McDonald's because the mocha and the caramel mocha coffee/latte remind me of my mom. We used to go and get a coffee every morning and talk in the early morning to start our day.“

McDonald's at 13th and West Street & 21st and Maize is far better than the Tyler Store. In fact, my 2 visits was more awful. I will drive the extra 5 miles. I urged everyone to boycott the Tyler store until management make some major changes.“

“I visited store #18693 @ 1645 S Webb Rd Wichita I was greeted by a friendly and chipper woman. She greets you with a hello, welcome to McDonald’s. How may I take your order when you walk through the door. Her name was Jadia, her colleagues were very nice. I asked for their names their name and she graciously gave me their names, General Manager, Ana. One of the nicest ladies I have ever met as a general manager. She was also working with Alan. Who when he hands you your food asks you if you need anything else and if you are missing any condiments, please come up and tell either him or one of his other colleagues and they will get them for you and please enjoy your meal. Jamie was in the kitchen and made one of the best Big Mac I’ve had. Mia who was one of the shift managers was making sure the drive-thru was getting there food. Every time I go to this McDonald’s, I am always greeted with politeness and courtesy and you owe this to the general manager. Who knows how to keep her employees up-to-date with everything you need to know how to keep your customers happy.“

“Stopped by on mother's day with a huge order for my staff. The manager on shift had no issue w the order even though they were very busy and had a ton of cars. A guest in the store ordered prior to me and the lady who checked him out had set his cup on the counter for him and he walked away without it and went to the bathroom. when he had come back the cup had been placed back behind the counter and the customer lost it, was instantly 10/10 anger over a cup. The manager attempted to calmly explain but the customer was still yelling in the store. Huge props for keeping his cool through the stress, hope he gets a raise. the time of this was 5/12 ~6:00pm“

“Way too many homeless, filthy and demented folks are in the store on Broadway and Waterman, so it is chasing the actual paying customers away.! The food is either too drenched with mustard and ketchup or it's as dry as a bone with 0-2 pickle slices that are just shaving size. You may also wait a good few hours it feels like to get your order just taken!“

“I wouldn't normally review McDonalds because for the most part, there's not much different between the various locations but this one, I have to review. I ordered a 20 piece of chicken mcnuggets through the app. You're only able to get 3 dipping sauces without being charged extra and as we all know, 3 is absolutelynot enough for 20 nuggets. I picked my order up and was pleasantly surprised to find 6 dipping sauces in my bag. Whomever filled my order understands the struggle and I appreciate it so very much!“

“I want to say a special thank you to the manager this evening named Star. She had excellent customer service, smiled and apologized for something that wasn't even her fault, and was polite and courteous while also being efficient and fast. Star and bodies would have manager should be at a restaurant also staying two hours past her normal shift. People who go above and beyond with a smile on their face and with good customer service. It's a tough world out there to do so in this day and age so since I saw it I wanted to mention it. Thank you so very much for the good experience Star, I hope you are blessed beyond measure.“

“I just watched one of the most amazing heartwarming exchange between an employee and a customer or a coworker. She excitedly greeted a young man who had walked in who kinda looked down. Asked if he had gotten a haircut and how good it looked and he lit up smiling and she kinda happily danced her way back to work big smile on her face ! This made mine and my daughter's day!!! 🥰All the loves and feels.“

“I had to go to the McDonald’s in Wichita, the guy who was in the drive thru was extremely kind I asked for 2 apple pies but they were out he suggested the strawberry crème pie which was very good I didn’t even know that they sold another type of pie!“

“The staff at this location are great. Always friendly. I recently started using the McDonald's app as part of their rewards program and it is great. You place you order then put your parking spot on the app and they bring it out to you. Easy and seamless.“

“Just went and got food with my family, and they told me they didn't have any apple pies, so I was like it's alright, then they said we can refund you or make you 2 totes of cookies I was like ya I'll take some cookies thinking I'm only getting 2 but got 26 W service. 😭🙏“

“I Door Dash and I was given a order for delivery from this Mc Donald's usually I get treated disrespectfully from other locations..Not this store they made me feel very welcomed...This was on 08/19/2025 @ 9:00 pm. Manager was bame KELLY She was sweating her butt off working hard and her team everyone of them was working and the store was very nice and clean....WOW! Her crew was so helpful and very nice.. Especially the girl that was working cashier upfront she had glasses and long hair she handled a challenging customer very well I was so proud of her...I would have promoted her for that!! She handled him so well i would let her run my store i used to work at mc Donald 30 years ago and so much has changed since my younger days im 51 and worked there when I was 16 so that store and those exact employees who were working I would have run my store anyday...I was there 10 minutes and they didn't even know I was there...I chose to not let them k ow I was there because I was so shocked how Kelly and her team worked together and was so nice and orders were going out so fast. I was amazed cause I dont see this are get this service at slot of the McDonald's in wichita there were some McDonald's drive thru window is so nasty but this one was so ckeaned...Great job guts we sure need more people like you folks ....I'll be back“

Never expected this location to have such good quality. My Hot n Spicy McChicken was actually fresh enough to be crispy and that double cheeseburger was juicy and melty. It's gotta be a really busy spot, so I'm not sure how they pulled it off. I'm looking forward to going back for a good cheap eat after my next Sam's Club trip.“

“In the games area it was too cold and the food got cold quickly, it took them a while to deliver the food and they delivered it in different parts to my family about 15 minutes per member and in the end they forgot to deliver food, the manager apologized and said that one of the workers was doing a bad job and left and that's why they were late, until the manager was very kind in explaining to me what happened to them😊👍“

“Had an issue with my order not coming through on there system, but the assistance manager there did a really good job at fixing fast and while maintaining wonderful customer service even while super understaffed. Greatly appreciated the extra effort to the issue“

“I gotta say this place has been consistently great with serving my food fast and proper. Friendly employees and I must say they are always good vibes. Especially the afternoon crews. However, I will say it depends on how busy this restaurant gets. So choose wisely“
