“McDonald’s is nice. Customer service is friendly. The only complaint that I have is if I wanna hear Spanish being spoke all the time I would go to Mexico and hear it. I live in America. I don’t want to come to a restaurant that’s an American chain and hear nothing but Spanish being spoke by the employees“

“Did a mobile order for my breakfast, February 14 And I waited five minutes in front of the drive-through window to get my order. When I got home. Everything is messed up two of my sandwiches. Was not the right order. I asked for ketchup and strawberry jam that didn’t give me that either. They were Try to take orders out. They need to have a better service and checking on all foods. Been calling for about 20 minutes now. And I have call probably more like 10 times now and they haven’t answer my phone call at all“

“I am beyond pleased with the service I got here tonight! I showed up last minute before church. I didn't have a lot of time. My order was complicated but they were very patient with me. They asked me to pull up because we had a large order. I waited a few minutes, not long at all but I was late and had to go. I felt really bad but called and canceled the ordered. After church, i came back for the refund. I asked them if they could remake the order instead. They remade the order without any complaint. Honestly, I will come back here for drive thru weds because of Jaun, Adrian, and Landan. There was also a girl working the window but I didnt get her name. She was also very patient and accommodating. A+ for great service.“

“One of the last good McDonald's in the area. Greeted by a person, ordered from a person, self serve soda fountain, and lots of old people inside eating their breakfast.

“Why am I rating a McDonald's 5 stars? Why am I spending the time to do this? I'm glad you asked. 2 reasons. 1: the kindness in the drive through of the workers. They don't have to be fun but they are. 2: my burgers are centered in the bun. That's right it is amazing to have someone care enough to stack the burgers the cheese and the bun perfectly. 😁“

“Stopped by on mother's day with a huge order for my staff. The manager on shift had no issue w the order even though they were very busy and had a ton of cars. A guest in the store ordered prior to me and the lady who checked him out had set his cup on the counter for him and he walked away without it and went to the bathroom. when he had come back the cup had been placed back behind the counter and the customer lost it, was instantly 10/10 anger over a cup. The manager attempted to calmly explain but the customer was still yelling in the store. Huge props for keeping his cool through the stress, hope he gets a raise. the time of this was 5/12 ~6:00pm“

“I have not eaten here in years, but I never had an issue. This used to be the spot to go to for lunch when Northeast Magnet High School was still around. Back then (about 20 years ago), the Big and Tasty burgers were only $1. I'm surprised to say that I actually feel nostalgia about this place.“

Gentlemen at 1st window was very kind, he also ran my food out & gal at 2nd window was great as well, even after a long shift we talked about her having! Food is hot & fresh. “Food has always been as expected. Sometimes, I've noticed this at other McDonald's as well. When standing at thr counter to order it can sometimes be a while before someone comes up to take your order.

I'm pretty sure they'd prefer you order online or the store kiosk.. 🤔 whatever they're called.

“I place an order on the mobile app to pick up through the drive through because it's supposed to be faster, staff tells me to go lane 1, I end up sitting in stall one for 20 minutes just for my food. It's just is becoming longer and longer. What's the point of ordering on the app to save time, when im having to wait 20 minutes for a happy meal and a burger. What the heck!!!!“

“I’d honestly given up on McDonald's late-night shifts because of so many bad experiences at other locations. However, this visit completely changed my mind! Everything was fresh and made exactly right. The fries were perfect—hot, crisp, and not oversalted—and even the cookies were fresh out of the oven. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced service this fast, fresh, and simple. Truly a 10/10 experience!“

“I Door Dash and I was given a order for delivery from this Mc Donald's usually I get treated disrespectfully from other locations..Not this store they made me feel very welcomed...This was on 08/19/2025 @ 9:00 pm. Manager was bame KELLY She was sweating her butt off working hard and her team everyone of them was working and the store was very nice and clean....WOW! Her crew was so helpful and very nice.. Especially the girl that was working cashier upfront she had glasses and long hair she handled a challenging customer very well I was so proud of her...I would have promoted her for that!! She handled him so well i would let her run my store i used to work at mc Donald 30 years ago and so much has changed since my younger days im 51 and worked there when I was 16 so that store and those exact employees who were working I would have run my store anyday...I was there 10 minutes and they didn't even know I was there...I chose to not let them k ow I was there because I was so shocked how Kelly and her team worked together and was so nice and orders were going out so fast. I was amazed cause I dont see this are get this service at slot of the McDonald's in wichita there were some McDonald's drive thru window is so nasty but this one was so ckeaned...Great job guts we sure need more people like you folks ....I'll be back“

“Husband was in Wesley for a week or so and I went to this location several times. Every time I went the food was hot, the order was correct, and everyone was very pleasant!! Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication! It makes a world of difference to someone dealing with other problems at the hospital.“

“I haven't sent a review on this MacDonald's at Harry and Webb. After reading a few of the reviews there seems to be a lot of negativity.
So I went 4 times to this MacDonald's the past two weeks. What I see is a very busy restaurant.
One time the drive thru was all the way to the door both lanes. Yes there was a bit of wait time getting your order. But it was hot and correct all four times.
I went at a slow time food was passed out quickly and I was on my way. Again hot and fresh.
Inside the restaurant was being cleaned by young man. Looked like the rush lunch crowd just left. The young lad cleaning helped me use the Kiosk to order. Helped me using my card as well. Very nice young lad. The lady that gave me my order was so nice and cheerful. I think her name was Ana and another lady Maria. Folks have to remember to look at the good as well.“

“Just went through drive-thru and got egg mcmuffin meal. The staff handled the busy drive thru quick and friendly. Both the pay window and food pick up window the staff were so nice, friendly and professional. I rarely eat fast food and was impressed the food was very fresh and hot. Keep up the great work!“
