“My family, and I just found this place. All 5 of us are DELIGHTED. We almost didn’t stop, because we were expecting a big building. THANK GOD, we took a chance and went in! This food was nothing short of AMAZING. The owner was beyond hospitable, the food was fresh, the kitchen was clean (97% recent Health Inspection) the prices were reasonable and the quantity of food was double portioned! We are still talking about this dining experience. Nothing makes us happier than finding authentic jewels like Zaki. We can’t wait to get back to Lexington.“

“Was going through Lexington to see my family and this place caught my eye, curiousity killed the cat, had to see what it was about.. Very friendly staff and plenty of cool things to buy. Loved the candles and drip recipes.. Ower was a very beautiful lady who was extremely polite and helped me with choosing frim the menu. “We ate here after Big Blue Madness - it was nice to get away from the chaos of downtown. We had eaten at other restaurants like this but not this particular location/chain. Upon entering there were only a few customers and we noticed plenty of staff working. There were several dirty tables so I’m going to assume they had been busy previously. The staff member greeting us was very helpful but the staff who made pizzas and ran the cash register were vague and didn’t speak loud enough to where we consistently had to ask them to repeat themselves. Our pizzas came out hot and tasty and they had blood orange lemonade that was fantastic. Would eat here again.“

“Service was good, but do not sit in the bar area. Service is a little slower. Food was also good , pasta a tad bit dry. Doing the lunch time you can expect to wait 10 to 15 minutes extra for a table. The decor of this Olive garden seems to be much brighter and lighter than most and much more peeling.“

The biggest disappointment was seeing our table neighbors getting their Jerk wings and realizing we missed that on the menu when we ordered. Definitely coming back for those, soon!“

“We had a delightful time with the family for an early dinner. My second most important besides the handicap parking which defiantly should be visited is our service!
Our servers name was Tisa J. Miss Tisa was an exceptional, fun loving and caring server. She had each thing we needed at the table before we even ask. She was exceptional at anticipating what each of us needed and smiled as she did it. Being in the service business for many years I can say Tisa is someone I would love to be on my team working beside me on a daily basis. You all have a gem in her and each table should be greatful to get her as a server. Thank you all for a wonderful family visit.

“Absolutely my favorite place to grab a bite in Lexington. There are no longer any Taco Tico restaurants close to London. Bean burrito covered in cheese mild sauce. That's been my order since I was probably 10 years old and, I'm 52.
I just love the food. Good portions fresh made and delicious.“

“My three daughters and I ate at Smashing Tomato last night and as usual the food was absolutely amazing and the service was outstanding. We’re so lucky to have real Neapolitan pizza restaurant in Lex.“

“First timing trying this place. Fill place, feels like a neighborhood spoke with some unique dishes on the menu.

I got the Lumberjack burger. It came out raw, ordered it medium. They took it back I expected a new burger, the simply further cooked the burger. This time it was well done. Not a big deal flavor was still there, juicy and well seasoned. However, I think much of the Beer cheese had cooked off.

We got the salad with orange vinaigrette and it was very good. The squash soup was also nice on a snowy day.

Service was excellent and enjoyed the experience. The only negative was the burger cook and the not getting a new burger. Just kind of pointless to ask for how I’d like it cooked.

Sakura has great food at a great price and is a good way to break away from the monotony of overpriced hamburgers and every restaurant's "original" chicken sandwich. My truck partner and I make a habit of swinging through once or twice a week.“

The manager saw I was not eating and asked if something was wrong. I explained the problem and he graciously gave me a free ham sandwich to take home. Now THAT is customer service. Kudos to that wonderful manager.“

“Let's talk breakfast...I know that everyone associates CFA, with just Chicken sammies...but, hear me out, don't sleep on the other offerings...their sausage egg n cheese muffin.. obliterates both Mcds and Wendy's...equally proportioned...a pattie that tastes like actual sausage...fluffy scrambled egg with cheese on a nice toasted muffin ...the hash rounds are standard..but accessorizes this ensemble...“

“The food almost always gives me food poisoning I’ve had this place 3 times and every single time I’m hospitalized. It’s also just not that good! Sorry 😬. The staff are sweet. The food is warm and hot when you get it in the drive thru. The cost is bearable.“

“The Chick-fil-a in the student center is quite good in my opinion. Most people say they do not like it but I think it is good. The food is always hot and fresh. The other day I got a sandwich and it was really good. The bun was not soggy and the chicken was hot. That is really all you could ask for when getting a chicken sandwich, and compared to the chick-fil-a on central campus this one is one hundred percent better than the other. Another thing that is good about this chick is the fact that the workers can get your food out in under ten minutes and I know that doesn't seem fast but when there are thirty other orders it seems pretty fast. Overall I think that chick-fil-a is probably the best on campus and would highly recommend it if you are wanting some good chicken.“

“Dan is excellent! Super friendly and great server! 10 stars for him. These are not the best tacos I’ve ever had, but what do you expect in an airport? They were still pretty decent and had a good amount of meat on them to be filling with just two. The chips were really good! Service was fast which is great especially when trying to catch a fight. Placed our order at 4:40 PM and got our food at 4:45 PM. Lots of gluten free options for those with allergies. Overall very pleased!

“Cozy little strip mall Chinese restaurant. No buffet and the food is served on paper plates with plastic cutlery, but they make up for it with great flavors and fresh meats and veggies. Their stir fry always has that crunch of freshness to it and I think that says it all.“

“When neighboring West Coast Gourmet Pizza stopped answering their phone 45 minutes before their published closing time, we called Noodles & Company. It was 10 minutes before their closing time and they took our phone order and provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. We have always liked their food, but the service we got today will not be forgotten and we will visit them more often.“

“Last weekend I went with my school on a field trip. Going through the line was fine, but as we got up to the counter the lady told us that the pop machine was down. Lemonade was a 10/10, the waffle fries were over salted, but other than that it was pretty good. Only issue I had was the woman who took the name from the order got my boyfriends name wrong, he told her "Ruiz, R-U-I-Z" and she put "Ryez" on the order lol. It was funny after though cause the guy who read it off looked just as confused as we were 💀“

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the store, friendliness of the staff, and the quality of the food. The new location has really rejuvenated this brand in town! Will definitely make it a regular on my rotation.“

To start, I really loved the outside and the design of the space, how the restaurant looks like it's a barn, which gives an added Southern feel to the space. I ordered a regular chicken-finger plate for a very friendly price of $11.50, which included five tenders, toast, fries, a drink, and Zaxby's sauce. The workers were very friendly here and ensured that everything was correct with my order. This space was very well kept and neat. The sauce was good, similar to other house-made sauces. The fries were very firm and not flimsy, which I really liked; the chicken was also cooked to a great crispiness. The employees and management here keep this restaurant very tidy and focus a lot on customer service, which I really admired. Overall, my time at Zaxby's was very nice, with great food and even better service!“
