“I went through the drive-through this afternoon for one of CSC’s wonderful unsweet teas and also to try the new Greek goddess chicken salad. I noticed a sign on the window talking about closing early (7:00 pm) in the fall to enable their high school staff to get home safely before dark and allow them plenty of time for studies I thought this was so awesome, it made me even more proud to patronize the local Chicken Salad Chick in Owensboro Kentucky a 5 out of 5 stars for all categories!!!!

“I like Subway, but my last couple experiences have been top notch. I tried this location as I was in a hurry, and was I impressed! Fast service and the food was fresh. The drive thru employee was super friendly. They literally handed me my meal (meal of the day) right after I paid…that’s quicker than some fast food restaurants. Nice job!“

“Came here to eat as we were in town for work. First time to Kentucky! I enjoyed this restaurant. The food was really good and the cookies too. The employees were nice. I had the chicken cordon blue monthly special and my teammate had the philly. Their fries are salty. My only negative comment would be the tables and bathroom were dirty. I tried to wipe off some crumbs with a napkin so we could sit and the napkin stuck to the table. I moved our stuff to a different table. I give three stars because of the cleanliness. Debating to four stars so I’ll give 4 stars as it could be a bad day... Need to clean the tables and use clean or properly rinsed rags! I looked at six tables and they were all dirty and the place was empty when we got there. Bathroom was dirty. Stuff all over the floor.“

“My family and I walked into Subway around 7 p.m on 11/7/25 on a Friday night and noticed that Tommy was working all by himself. The drive-thru bell was constantly going off, and there was a line of about five people waiting. Despite everything going on, Tommy kept a smile and didnt seem to mind that he was literally the only worker in the restraunt he did a wonderful job. He worked diligently to make sure our food was exactly how we wanted it. He definitely deserves a raise and at least one more coworker to help lighten the load! Keep killing it Tommy we see you“

“I really liked this place. The lunch options were good, and it never seems to be too busy so the service is fast. Facilities are clean and seem to be well kept. The sandwiches and fresh cut fries were also good. I reccomend for a good quick lunch anyday.“

“It's subway. Who doesn't love a subway sandwich. But I will make a complaint in hopes of getting this fixed.
Whether I order online or dine in, they don't accept coupons. None of them. It almost seems like a bait and switch. I get coupons in the mail and some online, and I have never been able to use any of them. I understand the term 'independently owned' and those coupons actually say, not available in all stores.
So, the prices seem to be out of control, and the local stores had stainless steel, rolling doors installed that blockes the customers view of their sandwich being made in the first stages assembly . I don't know if they are still there, I haven't been back in months .“

Terri?, either way, she was friendly, worked quickly, and made me feel welcome. She even let me know about the upcoming menu changes featuring the (Thanksgiving) seasonal sandwhich options.
