“I walked in and asked about regular wings, and was informed that they didn’t have enough for my order. Ok. I paid for my order with the understanding that they would cook me up a fresh order just like it says on the box. I came back in 20 minutes and waited another 10. What I got instead was hard cold old wings with 2 fresh ones in the boxes. That is not what I was expecting.While I was there a woman that had ordered 4 meals to dine in brought her trays up complaining about cold hard chicken. The manager sent word out that all the chicken was cooked that way.I guess it is my fault for believing the big signs that say freshly prepared.I was in contact with the area manager. I am seriously impressed with the response to my complaint. I have returned several times to this KFC and every time the chicken was perfect.I am withholding the fifth star until construction is finished and I can see the crew in action in a decent building. So far they seem to be doing their best under less than optimal conditions.“
