I can not remember the owners name I think it was Phyllis please forgive me if I'm wrong but she was such a class act. She personally came out to check on everything and make sure we glad everything we needed. In a world full of the art of customer service being lost this place made a lasting impact on myself and my family. Our youngest is teething so as any parent or grandparents know with young children it can be stressful when they aren't feeling well in public. The owner made sure we felt welcome and just over and beyond what I would of expected. the atmosphere had a home town feel. Not sure if you will ever see this post but thank you for having a place that family's can enjoy.“

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. The employees are always so kind, friendly and understanding, and this is so appreciated!“

“My children and I love going to this Chick-fil-A. They are beyond accommodating; especially with my Son's food allergies. They will give grilled chicken nuggets to my Son who has food allergies so that he too can enjoy and I don't have to make multiple food stops. This is beyond appreciated. Highly recommend to all!!“

“I do Door Dash and deal with 3 different CFA's. The ones in Florence and Newport are amazing and the one in Union makes me feel bad for ever having an evil thought they are SO nice! After many months of not ordering here, I gave them another chance because my son really wanted to have Popeyes. I believe things have changed here. I don't know if it's new management or what, but my recent visits have been so much better than before. Friendly workers, quick service, it's like a whole different place. Thank you for improving, and I'm updating my review to reflect this new experience.

06/2025: I very rarely ever leave a negative review but this time I just can't ignore it. We placed an order for drive-thru on the app. Came through the drive-thru and they had us pull forward to the second window to wait. And wait. And wait.

When we noticed cars behind us being served, I went inside thinking that maybe they put my order out to be picked up but there was nothing. The inside wasn't busy. I asked about our order and the employee checked and said it would be another 3 minutes after we'd already been waiting for 20 minutes. It's like they cleared our order before they made it and were starting from scratch.

We went back out to wait and backed up to the first window again to pick up our order. It took another 10 minutes. There's no excuse for a 30 minute wait in a drive-thru. We received no apologies, no acknowledgement, and certainly no refund or discount. Very disappointing.

This isn't the first time we've had slow service here, but it will be the last. I don't think we'll ever be back.“

“Great chicken, great sides, great drinks, and a great staff here at this location! The spicy tenders were hot, thick, crunchy, and juicy. Definitely hit the spot. Potato wedges are my favorite at Lee's. The mac & cheese was decent overall. I love their Monday Family Special for $7.49 - 3 tenders, 2 sides & a biscuit! LFRC is one of the best around this area. The employees were so nice there and quick to serve up my food. I was a happy camper with a full belly by the time I left dinner. Keep up the great work guys. Yummo 😋!!“

It was deliciously seasoned and cooked. I have enough for another meal. It was still steamy by the time I returned home. Employees were friendly, including the other waiting customer. Lee's is very affordable, and every time I go to this location, I have good, friendly service, the food is delicious and hot, and it is very speedy. I know it is a chain restaurant, but it feels like I'm getting a good home-cooked meal from a hole in the wall, delicious restaurant.“

“I was in the military in the early 80s and there was one Popeyes in San Antonio Texas. We used to drive to the other side of town just to get this chicken and since the 1980s I have been a huge fan of Popeyes food. It’s good tasting, non-greasy, appealing to the pallet, and always reasonable. They always offer deals to make it so that people with short pockets can get a meal. I appreciate that within a company.
