“Everything was great, but I told the manager that I wanted more than the maximum number of sauce packets for the honey roasted barbecue and he said OK that’s fine that he would take care of me and he did not. I understand that there is a limit on things, but when a customer asks you for a little bit extra, take care of them.“
“The manager that was on Saturday June 21st evening was a great guy. We had an incident outside the store in the parking lot. He came and checked on us to make sure we were ok and blocked off traffic to make sure no issues. We went inside to get our boys something to eat for dinner, and he took care of our meal. We are truly grateful.“
