When getting there, I was thinking that it would take a while for everyone to get their food and get situated! “This is a standard Chick-fil-A that ISN'T TOO CROWDED. They have curbside pick up. It's hard to turn left out of the parking lot onto Charlotte Pike. “The team operating this store is outstanding! Very nice and attentive to all of the customers. I don’t know if this is their typical Wed evening, but staff was in the dining area, checking on everyone. Not a “typical “ fast food experience for families.“
“Not a fan of this model with no interior seating. Used the restroom only to bump into an employee complaining there were too many customers so she couldn’t clean the restrooms. My bad for paying your wages…
Rougher part of town; We sat at an outdoor table in the cold and had to partake in the incessant smell of pot.
But the food was good, as usual. Just not the right model for a company that has built its reputation off of customer interaction and attention to detail. Some of us still like to sit down with our family for a meal rather than act like our car is a dining room. Guess that makes me different in this bizarre world.“
“First time trying out Chick-fil-A as a Canadian and I was not disappointed. The food wasn’t completely what I expected but was still good for a fast food restaurant. The staff here are so friendly and hospitable. Food came out quickly without a hitch.“
“University campus Chick-fil-A which makes it amazing for those of us on campus. Things you should know before you go: this is not a regular Chick-fil-A but a University campus dining option for students with public access. That means lines are sometimes long, the menu is condensed, the staff is sometimes tired because they deal with hundreds and hundreds of students all day everyday. Price point maybe more similar to an airport Chick-fil-A but I'm honestly not positive. Lastly only Pepsi products are sold on campus which includes this location.“
“Brendan was an absolute life saver. I had gone to dinner and drove out to an unfortunate surprise…my tire was flat. I had realized that I didn’t have my jack so I pulled over and started asking around. I was closest to the chick-fil-a so I asked employees in there. They were quick to help! Brendan brought out his jack and even offered to help. Just comes to show that this establishments customer service goes beyond the restaurant! Thanks Brendan!“
“I was never much of a fan of chil fil A, it’s good in a pinch and better than McDonald’s for sure. I gotta say, though, I have been wrong!! Their chicken noodle soup is incredible and sit down restaurant worthy and I love the grilled chicken options. This location has fine service, maybe not incredible but definitely quick and mostly friendly“
“I'm (pleasantly) surprised by the efficiency of this Chick-fil-a. Just wanted a cup of standard iced coffee and Chick-fil-a happened to have one. I stood in line which looked pretty long, but it went quick. I was able to place my order and they immediately prepared my iced coffee, which I downed in no time. It was good, satisfying and beat all the other over-priced options at the airport.“

The younger kids who work here always have a smile on their face and look like they truly enjoy their job, which resonates with the customers and helps us to have a good experience.
