“I'll always give Chick-fil-A my business and 5 stars; however, this particular location in Goodlettsville was THE slowest I had ever visited. This is not a fault of the staff but location. You have 2 lanes, great staff greeting with smiles and taking or confirming your order, then the 2 lanes merge into one after giving your order and the line just creeps. Even if this was a franchise owner for that location, that choice disrupts the flow of expectations Chick-fil-A delivers. Great food, great staff as always experienced just a one-star fail for me because of the congestion of traffic.“
“Chick-fil-A should run TDOT. Our road and highways would be perfection. Chick-fil-A can have 50 people in their line and you’re still getting through it in less than 5 mins. Food is always on point. In person face to face drive thru service no matter what lane you’re in. Top notch standard of service.“
“Came in recently when they were giving away free biscuits as a reward. So naturally, it was packed and some people were complaining about their long wait for free food. We were amazed at how calmly and efficiently the staff worked. Always kept that same level of Chick fil a service.“

“Had a really good experience at Chick-fil-A in Nashville. The chicken salad was excellent and tasted fresh and flavorful. The portion was good, and everything was prepared just the way I expected. You can definitely tell they take some pride in the quality of their food.
The service was also great. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and helpful, and my order was handled quickly. It’s always nice to go somewhere where the employees seem like they actually care about providing good customer service.
Overall, I had a great visit. Good food, great service, and a pleasant experience from start to finish. I would definitely stop here again the next time I’m in the area! 👍🐔“
““Hey could I get you a cup of water”
This is what Dawson said when I haven’t drunk anything for few hours.
I ordered thru the app and it doesn’t have the option for cup of water.
Having seeing the line at the counter, I am discouraged to go in line just for a cup of water.
Someone brought my food when Dawson was cleaning a nearby table and before I could react this is what he said. Then he brought me not medium but a large cup water, 44oz cup.
For this I think he’s the best—not because of what he did to me, but because he isn’t being paid anything extra for being like that in the fast-food industry.
Dude you’re awesome. May God bless you, and rest assured that what you did will not be in vain.“

“The team operating this store is outstanding! Very nice and attentive to all of the customers. I don’t know if this is their typical Wed evening, but staff was in the dining area, checking on everyone. Not a “typical “ fast food experience for families.“

“They have mastered the drive-thru with class and quality of time to get you in and out of their drive-thru services with clean cut people who start with hand held tablets to take your order like no other fast food place where customer service and food quality joins effortlessly in and out of their lines so do not get distressed by the long lines 😀 your car and your orders will meet at the windows and your food quality is awesome“
“First time trying out Chick-fil-A as a Canadian and I was not disappointed. The food wasn’t completely what I expected but was still good for a fast food restaurant. The staff here are so friendly and hospitable. Food came out quickly without a hitch.“
“Quick stop on our way out of town. No drive-through, parking lot was pretty busy. Had to wait for people to leave so we could park. Only walk-in and carry out only - nowhere to sit and eat in the lobby. But service was great. It was still breakfast time and he let us order nuggets and french fries and my husband got breakfast. Nice sign I’ve never seen before in any Chick-fil-A’s that has carry out mobile orders Status. Food was hot and delicious as always! No bathrooms!“

“My children always insist on coming to this ChickFilA when driving from Mount Holly to Gastonia. We’ve never had a bad experience here, and the people are always cheerful and friendly… and FAST! Love the new mobile-thru for saving time and not having to orate an order for six people! 😋“
“One of my most favourite food I tried in my short stay in Nashville. First time trying a chicken sandwich, and it was delicious. There was a long queue, but the food was delivered fast. We really enjoyed all the food we ordered here, choclate shake is also commendable. It was all decent price too. Would 100% recommend it to anyone passing through Nashville airport.“

The younger kids who work here always have a smile on their face and look like they truly enjoy their job, which resonates with the customers and helps us to have a good experience.
