Chick-fil-A in Franklin

“If you want a masterclass in how to treat customers, go to the Chick-fil-A at Berry Farms. I’ve been to plenty of fast food spots—including a recent In-N-Out trip in Franklin that was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had (waited 15 minutes in a confusing drive-thru just to get told to back out and start over, no apology, nothing). Chick-fil-A is the complete opposite of that, every single time.

I order here constantly—I once put down 20 chicken tenders in a single day, no regrets—and the experience is always phenomenal. What really sets this location apart is the people. I’ve made two genuine friends here, both named Asher: one’s a redhead and the other’s a high schooler, and they’re honestly two of the coolest people I’ve met. We have a real conversation every single time I come through. That’s not something you can train into a team—that’s culture.

This is what hospitality is supposed to look like. The food is great, but the people are the reason I keep coming back. Berry Farms Chick-fil-A, y’all have earned a customer for life. Keep being awesome.“

“This particular Chick Fil A is always amazing. The one is never as long as long of a wait as other ones I have been to. The workers are all very nice and obviously say it's 'their pleasure' after my massive orders. Inside they have a play area for kids too. It's definitely the best Chick Fil A I could ever recommend to anyone. We will go out of our way to go to this one because it's so much faster.“

I submitted feedback through the app, and within an hour Nick from the galleria location called me to personally apologize and make it right. “We went for breakfast and everyone was very kind. Food came quickly but I don't think the biscuits for our mini's were done. Smell very yeasty and were a little doughy on top. Chick Fil A is the only fast food place that I eat at about once a year. I don't expect much but just a little disappointed in the underdone biscuit.“
