“I placed an online order to dine in almost as soon as we pulled up. Walked in and grabbed a table and scanned the table number. Our meal was fresh and hot in less than five minutes. Every person serving was friendly, happy, and went out of their way to provide the most excellent service. The owner operator was in there as well working as hard as everyone else. This is a great Chick-fil-A.“
“Carter was walking around the restaurant working hard and cleaning while I was there. He helped me so much and was very kind and has a cute smile. He was kind and engaging in conversation, I just can’t rave about him enough. The food was so yummy and the service was outstanding.“
“We went for breakfast and everyone was very kind. Food came quickly but I don't think the biscuits for our mini's were done. Smell very yeasty and were a little doughy on top. Chick Fil A is the only fast food place that I eat at about once a year. I don't expect much but just a little disappointed in the underdone biscuit.“

I submitted feedback through the app, and within an hour Nick from the galleria location called me to personally apologize and make it right.
