“We ordered online with the Chipotle App and the payment service wasn’t working. My girlfriend and I don’t like to complain, but we were charged without an order.

The manager and employee at the cash register were quick to help and figured out the situation without hesitance! If you like Chipotle, Burlington chipotle is ur only hope. 5 stars

“The food is amazing and if you like guacamole try the chunky guacamole. The pastor, carnitas, steak veggie and chicken tacos are so good. The Tijuana steak tacos so good. We have tried the burritos so delicious, fresh and authentic Mexican food.“

“We first stopped in to El Taco Feliz about two months after the location on 42 opened. It quickly became a favorite of ours, we now stop in as much as 4-6 times per week. Food is great, staff is friendly, it’s an awesome place, and I highly recommend it. Not only do I recommend, but it is my overall favorite restaurant in any category.“

Not ONLY did Brittany give me accurate information, did not judge me. Polite, informative and even told me about other options that would keep me at the right price for my needs.
I was concerned. It's strange. She ASSURED me that her professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff could help even if she wasn't present after our phone call.

Brittany was on break, I was afraid ro even ask the wonderful young lady at the counter... but HANNAH WAS AWESOME!
I told her my WHACKY stuff, in line, in the store... she stood tall "I got you". I can make whatever you need just like that. What would you like in it?

“So the food and drinks were amazing. Regular margarita was ok but the strawberry was awesome. Had some fajitas and they were straight amazing. Chips and salsa are ok. But the rear was great. We all ordered lots of things and shared. Birria was good as well as the fajitas with everything. Would absolutely return here. Service was decent. Not the best but not the worse. But they were fairly busy.“

“This restaurant made me feel at home and I'm not even Mexican. The food was delicious and did not take long to be served, the atmosphere is familiar and clean. From the food to the music, I liked everything about the restaurant but what makes the restaurant is the service, the waitresses do not look overworked which makes the service fluid and friendly. I will definitely eat here again when I'm back in Cincinnati.“

“Chuy's continues to be one of our go to's for awesome Tex-Mex cuisine. The restaurant looks so fun and the people have been so nice to us and that was definitely no different this time. On this occasion I got their Steak Burrito which was stuffed with steak, Jack cheese, and Hatch Green Chile sauce. The steak and cheese was excellent with great flavour cooked into the steak. The Hatch Green Chile sauce however was a bit disappointing with it being advertised as being spicy but lacked both spice or really any flavour at all. Even so the the steak and cheese did make up for the shortcomings of the sauce for me. The Mexican rice was excellent as well. All in all another great visit to Chuy's.“

I'm mostly pescatarian these days, but sometimes I still like to order the steak fajitas with the bell peppers and onions, the beans, rice, guacamole, and warm flour tortillas. It's a nice treat sometimes and it has only ever come out exactly perfectly (to my eyes and taste buds).My own niece absolutely adores this place because of the fish artwork. “Amazing authentic street tacos! Best tripe tacos I've ever had, lengua and cabeza tacos were to die for. The hot sauces are made in house and delicious, the red one is chilies and peanuts which I've never had before but was amazing! We can't wait to go back and try EVERYTHING. They have squash flower and corn smut tacos which are more options you don't often find outside of Mexico. Very happy with this place and you should go support them!! Usually we go to shop a couple times per month at their market next door (Supermercardo Garcia) to get cooking ingredients for my wife's (latina) authentic home- country dishes. I will admit that if I wasn't fluent in Spanish it could be tough to get some of the small particular things across. However, every waitress that's served us has at least spoke broken English. Quality has always been really good there, and pricing is in line with others. Never had any issue with food being warm or waitress being slow. We always have a great experience. I would suggest any of the tacos, tilapia and save room for dessert, order the Flan - it's the BOMB!“

I had some chicken in every bite. When I pay $12 for a burrito, that’s what I expect. Also- love the drive through online order lane. It’s great not having to drag my kids out of the car.Edit- The reason I gave 4 for service was because dude handed me the bag and walked away. I had to wait a few minutes for him to come back so I could ask for the kids drink they forgot to include.“
