“1000/10 I was coming through town on my way home from Paddling for Suicide awareness (great group of people btw. The smell when you walk in is amazing. & Talia is a star. She was the most helpful & kind & just had such a beautiful spirit. She made me feel like I had picked the right place. Then the food. “Not usually a hamburger person, but today my son brought me a butter burger from Culver’s. It had lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese on it. The burger was delicious and well prepared. Cheddar was an option, the onions tasted like onions and the slice of tomato was perfect in size and had the best tomato flavor I have had in a long time from a large tomato. I always knew about their chocolate soft serve and other good ice cream options, but I have a new fave burger. Do yourself a favor and try it.“

“Gotta go 5/5 since it’s White Castle. Just moved to the area and I’m so happy I’m finally near a White Castle. Food is 5/5.

However it’s the slowest service on the planet. I’ve been there 6 times this month! (I love love love WC)

But they are slow yall. Like you will be waiting for 30 minutes or more.

I’ve done it all and still slow.

I placed a to go order tonight at 11PM. I waited in line for 40 minutes. Told them at the mick I prepaid and was only picking up. Waited 30 min in line. Pulled to the window and asked for my order. “We ain’t made it yet you gotta wait.” No problem took only 10 min.

My only question is if I gotta wait 40 min in line should I even order a head online?

Also why is the store not highering people to meet the demand.

“We stopped here twice on the way to and from Nashville Tennessee. We had a late lunch and the fries were piping hot and we had a late breakfast and the food was piping hot again. The manager was thanking her employees for clocking in early and said she was thankful for them. All around a good McDonald’s and they deserve some praise. Will stop again when we are down this way.“

“The first time, the cashier took two different orders of two different people and charged it into my debit card... I'm asking the question until today, how this happened and never found an answer.
Went to claim what he did on my charge, the cashier arrogantly replied I have to go talk to that person to get reimbursed... Could you imagine, how much wisdom I had to summon to avoid the worst....“

“This is one of the better McDonalds in Hardin County. In my opinion, it’s the best one in both Elizabethtown and Radcliff. I used to doordash here and this location was the most professional. The next best one is located near Rally’s off Dixie in Etown. The others are horrible. Neither of them compare to the Burrell McDonalds In Leitchfield - which is hands down the best out Burrell owned McDonalds establishment.

Food wise for anyone looking for my opinion : always use the 20% discount in the app. If you’re not using the app, you’re ordering wrong. And the $5 meal deals are the way to go. Order a few. I used to like Sharable’s but not so much anymore. The price of them have gone up quite a bit so the value lies within the value meals.“

“On the evening of July 8, I just got off work around 8:30 PM I stopped in to grab a sandwich usually I pass by because the drive-through was long. But they had a break. So I slid right in an order. It still took a couple minutes! No big deal , The manager was actually working the drive-through window. She went on to tell me there was three managers working they had no staff! “We absolutely loved it. I hadn't been to a Long John Silver for several years, and then it was to a new building. I'm pretty sure this is an original Long John's the seats and everything. I don't mean that to be a bad thing it was in excellent condition and very clean throughout, but it took me back to when I was much younger. My wife and I were both taken back in time(80s). The staff was friendly the service was fast and the food was great.“

“They were fast and friendly on day shift . My food was hot and fresh... I came the other night and bought $50 worth of food to wait for 25 mins and it had a long red hair in it. She didn't have her hair pulled back nor have gloves on making our food. Took it back in and they were rude about it. Then got the order wrong on the second try. I just didn't even eat and left. The kids on nightshift should be managed or taught better. Night shift could learn a lot from day shift.“

“Cook your burgers all the way!! I have had five guys at many locations, and I’ve never had this problem.

Train your employees to fully cook a burger. I can’t eat a raw burger. Wasted money and food. Done with this location.

We ordered at 8:30PM on July 6th. Talk to those employees about fully cooking meat.

“The staff here are very friendly and accommodating in my experience. I came about a month ago and was greeted in a friendly manner and wished safe travels. It’s more than a lot of food service workers are doing elsewhere.

Vegetarian options: Coleslaw, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, side of veggies“

“I really like the crew they have here now!! They are friendly and fast. I did however have a problem with the delivery drivers that bring their products. They block the handicap parking spaces and if you can somehow get into a spot they ask you to move. How are you going to ask a disabled person to move their car that they have a placard stating they have the right to park there?“

For me the thing I appreciate is that they have (as long as I can remember) offered other meats for Breakfast than Pork (sausage or Bacon) their COUNTRY FRIED STEAK & CHICKEN BISCUIT options are delicious & always a great option. I've stopped at this location before while traveling as it is located inside a deluxe gas station. The restaurant is small & it looked like they had just gotten thru their big breakfast rush & so the trash & beverage area needed attention but there was no "old dirt" buildup & my overall impression was that it was clean & organized. The staff was pleasant. I was a bit amazed at how expensive it was. I purchased 2 Chicken Biscuits & a small hashbrown no drinks & it was a little over $15!.. there was a great promo running for 2 biscuits for $5 but they all had pork on them. Yes I realize a chicken breast is more expensive than 2 small strips of bacon & that prices everywhere are high.. the chicken breast were good sized & tasty. Will definitely stop here again.“
