“Such great customer service from Bonefish Grill in Crescent Springs KY. The restaurant was busy when we arrived but our waitress Fiona was perfectly attentive & the absolute sweetest! I asked for well done broccoli and my salmon also came out that way, but I'm sure I caused that confusion in the kitchen, and they fixed it right away complete with all new sides too. Donnie is an excellent manager, very friendly and professional, went over & beyond to make our experience great and keep us coming back! Be sure to say yes to the bang bang shrimp!“

I fell in love with the fried fish burger with tomatoes, onions. The only downside was that the fries were quite soft not the traditional crispy ones we would expect but I don't have that much to say against it. It was deliciously seasoned and cooked. I have enough for another meal. It was still steamy by the time I returned home. Employees were friendly, including the other waiting customer. “I have always wanted to come to the Capitol Grille for dinner or lunch. So I finally had the opportunity to come for my birthday lunch. And I was not disappointed.The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful.And my server was just as delightful and well knowledgeable about menu. She had a pleasant and friendly personality. The food was excellent. The decor was relaxing and enjoyable as well. I would suggest for anybody who wants to come to a fine dining restaurant to come to the Capitol Grille . They will not be disappointed, because I was not.“

“I wish the waiter would have wrote down our meal as we had ordered an appetizer. Then our main came out, we asked about the appetizer and the waiter forgot to enter it. Oh well, it is what it is, but just a little frustrating as he was taking our order off memory instead of just writing it down. Almost forgot our wine flight too until I reminded him. He was nice and mistakes happen though. Food was good.“

“I had dinner here last weekend and honestly, everything was phenomenal. The heirloom tomato salad was refreshing on a summer evening. Their cod was tender, and the accompanying chimichurri sauce was divine that I could've slurped it. If you love bananas, you must order the banana bliss for dessert.

Now on to the not so good, which was unfortunate, as the service overall from everyone was friendly. However, the evening was nearly ruined by the waiter who had an extremely offensive body odor. I understand that while serving, you may work up a sweat. But if you're larger, you have to take extra measures (besides a soapy shower), such as wearing an undershirt, anti-perspirant, and men's body powder.

I won't let that deter me and will definitely visit again because Alara is truly a wonderful restaurant with a beautiful aesthetic and food to match.“

“If you're looking for a very good steakhouse with excellent quality food, great service, atmosphere, and affordable that's without the Jeff Ruby price tag, then I would recommend giving this establishment a try. It's a nice step up from your Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse chains. It's very reasonably priced for the food and service you receive. Everything on the menu that I have orderd has been excellent. So if you're looking for something more than your average chain steakhouse without dropping the high end steakhouse pricing, then I would recommend giving it a try.“

Baked potato and Brussels Sprouts were very good as well. The only disappointment for me was the rolls. I was looking forward to them because we had dined here a couple years ago and the rolls were a highlight. Last night the rolls were different-not warm and a bit dry. “Tonight my husband and I celebrated our 21st Wedding Anniversary at Prime in Cincinnati. The food was amazing and so was the atmosphere. We loved our server Mario. He was very friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable and able to answer all questions we had. Mario even suggested drinks and food from the menu. We had a wonderful night. Service was amazing!! “This is our go-to Chinese take out. The food is always good and both my wife and kids enjoy it. The kids get the chicken lo mein and sweet and sour chicken that they call Chinese chicken nuggets. The lo mein is flavorful and the noodles are tender. The sweet and sour chicken was crispy.

I got the beef with broccoli and pork fried rice. The beef was flavorful and the broccoli was cooked perfectly, still just a little crunchy and bright green.

My wife gets the bourbon chicken which is her favorite. It is delicious. She also ordered the cheese wontons (crab Rangoon) and they were crispy and full of filling. The pork egg rolls were good too.“

I asked for his name so I could specifically include him in this review. What a nice server and so professional as well as attentive. The restaurant was very busy due to the Bengals game letting out, so I'm sure that led to the wait times. However, a business needs to anticipate such things. The only other issue was the temperature inside. It was a very warm day outside and their AC was struggling to keep dinning area cool.“

“When you walk in the menu on the wall is the first thing you see. Half of the lights are out. I got the orange chicken and white rice. The chicken was overcooked, so it was hard to eat. The rice was good, but no fortune cookie, which was disappointing.“

“My girlfriend ordered the Grueben, and I ordered the Salmon BLT. Both sandwiches were fair, but a bit pricey. The crispy chips were rubbery and undercooked, and the fries were just okay. The service was pretty decent, though.

It was an alright place to eat, mostly for the marina location, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there.

Also, the men’s room is in desperate need of repairs. 😳“
