We had both flown in from 2 different states for a couple of attractions. After the Salmon we finished off a huge slice of Carrot Cake. The best I have ever had. It is just the right amount of heat, but more importantly the DEPTH of the spices is very flavorful and savory. Many places in the area just throw in more chili powder at the higher heat levels.
