“Charming old world home with Sicilian brick oven! The team was wonderful and very friendly. I travel frequently and always seek out small brick oven pizza's to try. I am excited to say that this is now my new favorite! The ingredients were fresh and plentiful and the crust is outstanding! It is an easy walk from Newport Aquarium, which means I will be going again and again. The cannoli pie is a great way to finish up the meal and will not disappoint. The owners were there and engaging and so welcoming!“

“Came here with a friend who frequents this place and I'm pretty impressed. We lined up on Easter at opening and they already had a line out the door, even in the light drizzle. The line stayed that way over the next hour that we hung out there. They do sell out of items so it's best to get there as early as you can! I'm more of a sweet tooth when it comes to baked goods, but the everything bagel croissant is a must-have here. The staff heat it before serving, and it's truly the best of both worlds - the butteriness and flakiness of a croissant, with the garlic scallion seasme flavors of an everything bagel. The raspberry almond croissant is also delicious, a good balance of tart and nutty. The salty chocolate chip cookie was also good - large chocolate chunks throughout. The vegan matcha brownie was an adventurous pick; I'm usually iffy about vegan baked goods, and this one had a texture closer to a fudge than to a brownie. I liked the chocolate and mint combo but couldn't get a hint of matcha. Similarly, the raspberry matcha doodle had plenty of raspberry but 0 matcha. Overall, the limited edition matcha flavored items fell flat, but the goods off the regular menu were great and reasonably priced. The space itself is bright, large enough to seat a few small groups, and nice to hang out in. Staff are also helpful and friendly. Check this place out and stick to their bestsellers, and you'll be in carb heaven.“

“I have visited nearly every coffee shop in NKY, there are few that I literally think about weekly wishing I lived closer to visit more often. Unataza is top of that list. Their atmosphere is warm and inviting from the decor to the employees there was never a moment I didn't feel welcome. They serve Honduran coffee that is rich and blends beautifully with their homemade syrups and flavors. They rotate flavors with the season but majority are house made and festive. Their espresso drinks I could order by the dozen and I'd still want more, they're that good. They also serve authentic Honduran food from breakfast to lunch, they're a great compliment to a sweet drink. I adore this place and wish I lived closer to visit more but each visit here is such a treat.“

“This place is genius. Your dogs can run and play with other dogs and you can have a beer and a smash burger. Lee owns the place and he's amazing. He has one rule. Your dogs must be vaccinated and you have to bring a copy of the vaccine record. This is great idea so all the dogs can be safe I will be back to try the food I can't wait“

“We were in Cincinnati for a bowling tournament so we decided to check this place out. Can't say enough great things about this place. Some of the best tacos I've ever had. Understand you're getting a crafty and creative take on tacos and not the traditional thing and you'll be just fine. The OG Margarita I had was delicious and the skull glass was pretty cool. I had two different tacos that, while pricey, were definitely delicious. I had a bananas foster dessert taco and that also did the job. The flavors are very creative and the portions are pretty solid. Our server, Jordan, was attentive and knowledgeable. We are a group that can be tough on servers in a joking and sarcastic way and he handled it well. Our experience overall was pretty amazing and I'd love to visit one again. Being from Chicagoland the closest we can get is Indianapolis, so we'll see!“

“I've walked past 1215 so many times on the way to somewhere else. We were out and I was craving an espresso martini, so we figured the wine bar and coffee lab was the perfect choice. “O'Bryons is the epitome neighborhood bar and restaurant in Newport. Service is courteous, friendly and timely. The bartender is very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu and drinks. Food is above average while being prepared well and fresh. The chicken wrap and chicken wings were tasty. Prices are reasonable for the area. Parking is a bit of a challenge with it all being street parking. Overall a good experience and worth trying out.“

They have plenty of green space (which is dog-friendly as long as fido doesn't potty), food vendors, various seating spaces, large televisions, curling, other games, photo opportunities, and more. If being outdoor isn't your vibe, they have a covered heated section (where the walls can come down in the summer) as well as in actual in-door bar where we got some delicious gingerbread old fashioneds.
