“It's not just a McDonald's in the area, it's THE McDonald's. Service is fast, staff is super friendly, and food always tastes as it should. I have been here probably 50 times or so over the years, and they have never once messed up an order or even served me old fries.

“I am a regular at the farmers market in Jeffersontown. first thing I do is head for the coffee get atleast 3 cups lol. Bought on of thier vikings mugs for my BF for fathers day. could not wait to give it to him a huge hit with him. the ladies that sell the coffee are super nice and knows what they are talking about.“

“I have become a regular of the Bardstown Road location in Louisville. The coffee and the food is always consistently good but It is the constant, great customer service that keeps bringing me back. I wish I could send this with all of the staff names that treat me so great but unfortunately, I do not know all of their names. Jess is one that truly stands out. Even if she is not working the window, if she hears my order over the speaker she makes it a point to say, hey. It is obvious that she is sincere about making sure the customers have a great experience.“

“Really nice selection of whole beans for home coffee enthusiasts. The baristas are well-trained and consistently pull good espresso shots. They even pour pretty latte art for steamed milk drinks which is a great sign that the baristas know their craft. I love their The Alchemist latte with its bit of cayenne to add just a little heat; perfect for cold weather!“

“Having an awful morning, my dads dying and I was crying in the drive through today on Father’s Day and Tony taking the order was beyond kind and made me a special drink and Ana (Anna) not sure but I was told she was the one who wrote a very kind message on my cup. These two will make me go back to this location hands down. Scooters who? Heine brother who? These two at this location are absolute angels.“
“This is our favorite Starbucks in the East End, Middletown area. The staff actually get to knowledge customers, make suggestions and appreciate their customers. Andrew, the Manager, is a friendly person that knows how to hire train and motivate a great team Love the place!“

“i never write these posts but i had to shout out Russell and Simra/Samra (unsure of the spelling). They work at the Fern Creek location and really helped turn my bad day around today!! they went out of their way to make sure that i was okay and even gave me a free drink when they didn’t need to. this location is so far out of the way for me but because of their service and warm personalities i will be back!! please somebody make sure they see this“

“From the pastries and bread to the sandwiches and drinks, everything is perfection. You can tell it’s been crafted with care, and every item I’ve had here has been wonderful - keeps me coming back over and over. Quality is barr-none. The owners and staff have been nothing but friendly, polite, and caring. The venue is the cutest and it’s a place I always look forward to visiting. I can’t give enough stars.“
