I also witnessed extreme rudeness to a door dash driver who had clearly been waiting a while and when they asked about the order having been marked 10 minutes ago as ready they were told "We don't care about YOUR numbers, we have to appear to be on time." He looked like management. I turned and left, I will not do business with someone being rude to staff or anyone providing a service to them any more than rudeness to customers.“

“This place is a 10/10! The atmosphere and staff were AMAZING!! We came to Louisville for the day to find my wedding dress. After I said yes to the dress we decided to try Mussel and Burger Bar! They made my day 1000x extra special, took care of my food and drinks, and even gave me a platter of desserts to try! We are coming back to Louisville for my bachelorette and we will definitely be visiting this place again! The seafood burger was also delicious!“

“Amazing! Food was superb and so was the wine, atmosphere was exceptional in every way, the music the colors inside, the lighting, they even had Laguiole knifes (French steak knife). Spotless clean. Great service, they give you time to decide then they give you time to enjoy your meal and your company (no one brought the bill and said we are not rushing you but here is the bill). They brought us a little birthday cake with a lit up candle when they found out we had a birthday and it was complementary. Child friendly with high chair at our table and they offered a kids menu. There is a bar style seating around the large bar where you can have your meal or just drinks. They have a very nice outdoor seating area. Plenty of free parking in the parking lot.“

“I have tried Indian food a couple times before (years ago), and did not like it. My husband loves Indian food, so we tried this restaurant for dinner. I cleaned my plate! Shrimp Tandoori was delicious, Naan, Tandoori Rito, Lamb Saag, Basmati Rice, Samosas, even the Chutney was wonderful, and let’s not forget Mango Lassi. The staff is also very friendly and attentive; we cannot wait to come back.“

She told us the owner tried to cut labor costs and cut kitchen staff. Plus the ac was not working. She had to wear an ice necklace to stay cool. Insane.“

“Good pizza option. Probably healthier. It's based on Chipotle copy-pasted line of production, but applied to pizza. The screen menues keep changing on a loop and that could be confusing. The branding department should consider expanding its menu screens to Spanish versions, technically is not a big deal. The store asks for tips, why? It's q fast food place. Are you not paying your employees enough, or it another cultural tax imposed on the consumer?“

“I love the Louisville location so much, I wish they would open in Etown. They would do so well here, families are craving good food in Etown, everyone is sick of greasy hamburgers. The portions were great, freshness was great and the food was so tasty! I travel 45 minutes each way for the food!“

Olivia was sweet and helpful and just over all a very good server. she is an asset to the restaurant. we had the chicken sandwich, the fish tacos and the Buffalo mac and cheese. it was served quickly and was very good. we finished it off with a cookie and ice cream. it was all so good. such a good meal, we will absolutely be back. highly recommend this place.“

“Bento Asian Kitchen & Sushi is one of my favorite places to go for food!
Was served by Taylor today and she was fantasticly nice and helpful, my friend didn't know how to work the water tab at the soda fountain so she came over and helped him when she didn't have to and always asked if there was anything else we needed and kept all the tables clean.

As for the food I ordered a chicken teriyaki box with white rice, broccoli and pork rolls. The sauces and flavors the over all food were fantastic and I absolutely recommend their pork rolls and sweet chili sauce!

For drinks I got a mango boba milk tea and it was perfect levels of sweetness and the boba was very soft as I enjoy the most. Would recommend. The bill was around 25$ for everything and absolutely enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant would go again for sure!“

“My husband and I live closest to this Bristol on Hurstborne. We have been going on Thursdays from time-to-time, and we like to sit in the bar area. The bartender is wonderful, and she remembered our preferences after the first time she ever waited on us. She is super friendly and attentive, always ready to give us excellent service. She is the reason we come back. The food has always been perfect!“
