“Staff was the rudest I have ever encountered at the Middletown location. I also witnessed extreme rudeness to a door dash driver who had clearly been waiting a while and when they asked about the order having been marked 10 minutes ago as ready they were told "We don't care about YOUR numbers, we have to appear to be on time." He looked like management. I turned and left, I will not do business with someone being rude to staff or anyone providing a service to them any more than rudeness to customers.“

“I have tried Indian food a couple times before (years ago), and did not like it. My husband loves Indian food, so we tried this restaurant for dinner. I cleaned my plate! Shrimp Tandoori was delicious, Naan, Tandoori Rito, Lamb Saag, Basmati Rice, Samosas, even the Chutney was wonderful, and let’s not forget Mango Lassi. The staff is also very friendly and attentive; we cannot wait to come back.“

“My friends and I ate at malones tonight. It was an amazing experience. We had 2 wonderful servers, Robbie and Louis , they were very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We can’t wait to go back!“

“We were celebrating a birthday, and our server was very celebratory with us which made it pleasant. One of the guests got the swordfish and said he can't wait to go back to get it again. There was the steak which was cooked perfectly and I understand the favorite there is the swordfish which I got and I enjoyed. It wasn't my best. We were pleasantly surprised that it was half-price wine night so we definitely took advantage of that. and our server really helped us understand what we were getting because we weren't familiar with French wines.  so glad I spent my birthday there.“

“Wonderful Holiday dinner at Alchemy in Norton Commans last nite with superb service! 3 couples ordered a varied sampling of the menu from Picanha to Choripan to Empanadas to Cod, all exceptional. 100% satisfaction for everyone at the table. A huge shout-out to Nelson & Nahyla Michelangeli, they are doing some great and innovative dishes! Their culture begins with family and you immediately feel a part of something special. Learned the Alchemy empanadas are now available @ Kroger and will be purchased soon. Simply, a beautiful dinner, exquisite in every way! Hank Allen“

“This place is a 10/10! The atmosphere and staff were AMAZING!! We came to Louisville for the day to find my wedding dress. After I said yes to the dress we decided to try Mussel and Burger Bar! They made my day 1000x extra special, took care of my food and drinks, and even gave me a platter of desserts to try! We are coming back to Louisville for my bachelorette and we will definitely be visiting this place again! The seafood burger was also delicious!“

“I’ve been eating at Impellizzeri’s since 1984. First time at this location. Was not disappointed. Our waitress was very polite and helpful. Anything on the menu is good. If pizza is your thing then this is the place. Best pizza this side of the Mississippi.“

“We come to this Blaze A LOT! Tuesday night is family night and pizza is usually on the menu. If we are having pizza its gonna be Blaze!! The toppings are always fresh, the crust is cooked to perfection. The staff always goes above and beyond and asking for anything extra has never been an issue.“

“I came to Blaze Pizza just about 5 minutes before closing, and the staff was still incredibly welcoming and friendly. They didn’t rush me at all and treated me with great attitude and professionalism. The service was excellent, and it really made my night. “Had reservations for Valentine’s Day and they were overbooked. We waited an hour for a table and others with reservations were waiting out the door at 7:00pm and when we left at 8:30pm. Very noisy. Server didn’t bring the side I requested when ordered.“

“this place is awesome! their fried pickles are the best I've had from anywhere ever. all the food and drinks are reasonably priced and portioned pretty well. the staff is great and always gives good service. the place is dog friendly as well. it been a favorite weekend hangout for some time now. if your in the area, you should stop in.“

“My girlfriend and I just had one of the best experiences here! Our waitress, Paola, was amazing. She made our experience 10x better. She was kind and super friendly. I asked for recommendations and she did not disappoint! If you ever come here, I’d say to request her if you can! Oh, and try the huckleberry frozen margarita and their house-made corn tortillas. 1000/10 experience and will definitely be coming back!“

“We had an excellent experience at drakes. our server was excellent. Olivia was sweet and helpful and just over all a very good server. she is an asset to the restaurant. we had the chicken sandwich, the fish tacos and the Buffalo mac and cheese. it was served quickly and was very good. we finished it off with a cookie and ice cream. it was all so good. such a good meal, we will absolutely be back. highly recommend this place.“

“You can be as safe or adventurous as you want here. We had never tried sushi with beef, but it was a unanimous favorite (ditto crawfish). Other tuna/salmon plates pleased our group. Even my Moscow Mule's ginger was balanced, thank you John Taffer. Skip the gas station sushi and eat here instead. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“What makes me mad, is I ordered a burrito. Chicken, Rice, onions, black beans and cilantro. Why is it stuffed so full I can't eat it without taking it back to work, and getting a bowl. If I wanted a burrito bowl, I would have ordered one. This fell apart bursting out of the burrito shell as soon as I tried to open it. I could not even begin to take a bite. It's a gorgeous day outside and I wanted to eat at the picnic table.
Also, wipe down your nasty drink fridge. It looks like a million nasty hands have opened that door and it has never been wiped off.
Quality of food is decent, but this experience totally is off-putting.“

“Customer service by our waitress was excellent. Our food and our drinks came out quickly. The soup salad and breadsticks for lunch is delicious and very affordable. Less than $50 for two cocktails and 2 soup/salad/bread sticks combo. Our waitress even went out of the way to provide fresh bowls of soup and breadsticks to take home, which I didn't know was an option because at another location they did not provide that to us. I felt like I hit the jackpot and wanted to write this review after eating my leftovers for dinner tonight. Thank you for the excellent service. *I forgot her name, but she was Asian woman with a great smile.“
