“This is one of Cynthiana's little gems. When I went here I ordered their spaghetti plate. The only issue that I had with the plate was that the piece of garlic bread that came with it was very hard. It had been clearly overcooked and I was a little bit surprised that it had been served. I said it aside as the rest of the dish was good. To my surprise, the cook apparently realized that the garlic bread was too hard and brought me another piece that was just perfect.“
“First visit today while on a springtime drive. Terrific choice for lunch in a historic setting. We had a fried catfish sandwich (excellent) and a Reuben sandwich (maybe the best on the planet) and house-made chips. The service was fast & pleasant. With lots of interesting menu choices, we'll be back!“
“We had CJ cater our small wedding celebration. Every single person asked us where the food was from! He went above & beyond being flexible with us. We can't say enough about how much we love his cooking. We took some leftovers to the firehouse and before we finished bringing the food in they all hard starting eating some wings!“
“This is a restaurant that is local to the Cynthiana and Berry area. It is located kind of out of the way and is the type of restaurant that I absolutely love going to. The food here is wonderful and the prices are reasonable. Additionally, the staff are wonderful and attentive to your needs. The only criticism that I would have of this restaurant is that they close often. I think this may be because they're only employees are the owners and need time off. But we do notice on their Facebook that they close the restaurant frequently for events and often for significant periods of time.“
“I was looking so forward to eating here and I loved the atmosphere but unfortunately please be careful when you are ordering your food. I can't eat Pepper and I happen to order fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy with green beans and they had so much pepper on everything that I couldn't eat my food. I also had their famous pie. Their pie was delicious ? ? ? ?, and I really loved it. I might be wrong but maybe they don't put that much pepper on everything every day. The chicken was delicious ? ? ? ?.“
