“Was a great experience for 1st time celebrating our Anniversary.. Food was great, drinks very refreshing, but what made this the best experience ever was our server Nikki.. She was AMAZING!!! Had the best personality, knowledgeable on dishes and drinks, very attentive, and just hands down best server I’ve had in years!!“

“My party of 5 went to Cracker Barrel on Sunday around 5:00pm. It wasn't real busy. Our waitress came and we placed our drink orders as well as ordered our meal. I ordered this country fried turkey wit green beans and mashed potatoes with white gravy. My husband ordered the Southern fried chicken with two sides. My son ordered a steak with mashed potatoes and a 2nd side that he didn't get. His wife ordered Mac and cheese with chicken and dumplings with a sampler plate. For her son, chicken fingers dinner. We waited for over 30 minutes for our food and when it came, my fried turkey andashed potatoes had no gravy. My food was all just barely warm. My sons mashed potatoes had no gravy. My son's wife's food was cold and she asked to get hot dishes. We all ordered biscuits and cornbread but had to ask for it again.y husband and I go to Cracker Barrel several times over the past few months and our food has always been really good. Our waitress was really sweet and attentive, my complaint is with the people platimg up the food. It took so long for us to get our food and then everything was cold.“

“Savanna was fabulous! We were traveling and stopped at the First Watch in Georgetown Kentucky and she was our waitress. She was so impressive that on our return home, we ate at First Watch again and asked for her. Of course, the food was awesome. So good!“

“Probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. My food could not have been taken care of worse. I ordered a 16 oz. sirloin cooked medium, and was brought a well done steak. Not really a big deal, it happens. They returned the steak and a manager brought me out another one. I cut through it and it looked better and told the manager it was alright. The more I cut through it, the more I was able to tell that it was just as well done as the first steak. I let my waitress know (who was very kind and very helpful and genuinely felt sorry) and had her return it and not worry about bringing me another one. The manager returned to tell me that “since the first steak was returned half eaten, I can discount your bill”. The steak was not half eaten. I returned both steaks almost completely untouched and maybe tried 1-2 bites of each to see if it was okay to eat, so I wasn’t really sure where she got that I had eaten half of the first steak. Again, the waitress we had, who I think was a blonde lady named Bobbie (I could be wrong with that name) was very kind and felt sorry, but the manager I dealt with felt like she was very irritated to have to deal with me having 2 wrongly cooked steaks. She took off the price of the steaks off my bill, but still made me pay for my soda. No apology and nothing to make up for me sitting in there for over an hour and not getting any dinner. I guess the manager just wasn’t having it. Again, thank you to the waitress we had, she was very kind. But I feel like I should’ve at least had my soda taken care of for them screwing up my dinner and ultimately not getting anything at all. Very disappointed“

“We had Roger as our server, he was on top of things, super friendly, and a overall great to us! The food was awesome! We went around 10:30-11 AM.“

“We were lucky to visit during their 12th anniversary week. We took the tour which was offered at 6pm on a Saturday. We were provided a token for a beer on the tour and a second token for a beer afterwards. They had a limited menu for the anniversary week, but the choices were great. I had catfish and fries and my son had a pepperoni flatbread pizza. We try the a porter, the Cougar Bait and the 14.5% anniversary beer. All of them were great. Next time we are visiting Georgetown, this will definitely be a stop.“

“Met my son, daughter in law and two grandsons there. They take such great care of customers. Friendly, food is delicious. They handle smaller kids so well. Family friendly or sit at the lovely bar. Lots of tvs for sports ?

Parking: Lots of free, safe parking. Great area. Loved it.“

“I did a large online order and submitted it around 10:30AM. According to the online order, it would not be ready until 1140. I showed up about 1050 and asked them if it all possible they could get it done sooner. By 11:10 AM I was walking out with 5 pizzas.

Just extremely impressed with their customer service and quick turnaround time.“

“Felt bad ordering a good amount of food but it’s Waffle House you kinda have to but anyways was nervous coming in but the two ladies working the 9pm night shift were beyond amazing opened the door for us welcomed us with smiles and gave us our food the lady let me know they were out of chocolate chips but she had a smores option that she recommended and gave me a healthy serving. I normally don’t leave reviews but these ladies were outstanding and should definitely have some raises headed there way plus the food put us in a coma of joy.“
