Wendy's in Florence

“I've never had one problem with this Wendy's, the staff has always been nothing but friendly at all times. It really was a five star experience. The reason im writing this review is because of a worker who made my day with his service. The man was nothing but smiles and he was super helpful to every customer. He was also super quick with his work and making sure everyone dining was taken care of. His name tag said Juan and i hope he get the recognition he deserves. Thanks Wendy's!“

“The people at the counter said they were too busy to take a person's order but then just stood there doing nothing, so that seemed rude. There is a kiosk for ordering as well. The food didn't take long and tasted pretty good. Great place to go with your friends or family who may be dropping you off or picking you up from the airport.“

“I normally stop in around the noonish. I do the mobile pick up through the Wendy's app. The food is always hot and fresh. One of the employees behind the counter is always super friendly. She's shorter with dark hair. She's never been in a sour mood.

I wish Wendy's had better coupons. I'd eat there more if I had better coupons. This summer Wendy was killing it with the coupons. Now, it is the same few coupons every time I check the app.“
