“Met up with my siblings at the Indian Mound Cafe. The food is simple bar food but is great tasting. I had the Norwood salad. Everything a person would want on a salad without lettuce and vegetables. Their burgers, ruebens, and onion rings are great too!“

“My husband and I had dinner here before attending the Nate Bargatze comedy show on Sunday, October 26th. We were running late due to the Bengals game letting out, and the traffic and crowds in the streets were beyond chaotic. We called Bourbon's and informed them of the situation and they were so kind to hold our table for us. We finally arrived and we were greeted and seated immediately. The service, the food, and the ambiance were all excellent. We would highly recommend this place. It's a great location if you're attending an event at Paycor Stadium, the Reds Stadium, or the Heritage Bank Center. It was an easy choice being so close to the venue we were attending and we're glad we chose it!“

“Nice neighborhood bar serving good drinks and pub style food. The food menu is limited somewhat but the taste and quality was very good. Happy hour went until 7 pm and they had live music on the weekend staring at 8 pm. Service was good but tight with the bartenders mixing drinks and serving the food from the kitchen. Lots of regular patrons present .“

We were there for a live performance by Tin Hat Cowboys and they were a great time. We also tried some food and it was better than expected. Overall we had a great time and will definitely be back.“

“Finding a nice bite to eat on the east coast is hard past 8:30 for sure. I was really blown away by this place. The food was great, service was amazing, plenty of street parking. Its a sports bar that still feels young -- which is hard to nail that feeling, many sports bars feel dusty.

The wedge salad tasted like they picked it from the Garden of Eden, made with the world’s best house made ranch dressing- they should bottle that Sh!T. & My drink was top-notch, served by great bartenders in a cozy brick pub, like if Cheers had a “study”. My entree was the Beef on Weck sandwich. All I can say is WHAT THE WECK WAS THAT?! So juicy! So delicious! The cooks in the back were raised RIGHT. Best kept secret in Cincinnati for sure. We had the best time celebrating St. Patrick’s Day here with a great group of friends. The energy was fantastic — everyone was in green, the decorations were fun, and the pub was packed but still felt welcoming.

The food did not disappoint! We ordered the juicy burger with all the fixings (perfectly cooked and loaded with fresh toppings), a big basket of crispy wings in a delicious sauce, and the chicken sandwich with coleslaw that was fresh and flavorful. Fries were hot and seasoned just right. Everything came out fast and tasted homemade.
The service was friendly and attentive, even on a busy holiday. No wait for a table, which was a huge plus.

“We hosted a get together here and had a great time! Candace was so great to work with prior to the event and helped us organize drink tickets and a space for us for food. The day of the event, Brandy and Tommy (the bartenders) took great care of us and made sure everyone had a great time. This place is a hidden gem up on the hill with great staff, great bar selections, and a great atmosphere! We will be back.“

“A group of us met for lunch today. Service and food was outstanding. We had several different sandwiches and they were all really good. Their chili was outstanding. Appetizers were super (potato bombs and nachos) good. We’ll definitely be back.“

“First visit, but not our last! Shared the Chicken Cordon Blue Bites, delicious; Cody Fish Sandwich on Marble Rye, was Crispy, moist inside and delicious. Huge portion and marble rye was soft and tasty. Onion rings crispy, thin batter and very good. Fries delicious. Got a Margrita and it was a little strong, but very good. Will be back. Staff is very helpful and nice. Great place to eat, drink and visit with family and friends.“

“Even having arrived mid afternoon on a weekday, one can see this would be a fun place on a summer weekend evening. Burgers, the short rib grilled cheese (sold out at the time), and the Greek spaghetti were recommended.

I ordered the spaghetti. I can see the appeal: bacon, green bell peppers and onions, and olives tossed in butter+olive oil and topped with parmesan. It was underseasoned, but still hearty (and nothing some salt and pepper couldn't help). Maddie, the server/hostess was lovely and engaging, attentive and helpful. What a fun place to visit, if you appreciate how difficult it must be to be in business since 1861.

“I’ll be honest it’s not a bad spot to drink at and the owner has always been super kind to me. The food is decent and I’d recommend getting the platter after drinking on a night out if the friers are still on. I personally get the chicken tenders with nacho cheese and the occasional mozzarella sticks. Karaoke is fun and I’ve been a pool shark since mid-college. Rom even taught me how to play pool! Location was such a huge thing for me back then and it was a prime bar living in Aspen Pines. Now I unfortunately do not approve of certain things and numerous people who they chose to keep and allow to work behind the bar top. Especially with their track records. It is still a dive/pool bar at the end of the day so I just choose to avoid it at all costs now. As I was told as a little girl “birds of a feather do flock together.” which just means I’m just not in the same flock as them and I am A-OKAY with that currently. Plus there are plenty of other bars to attend in both Ohio and KY. It’s just a shame because I did really like it at one point in time. 💙 Just know if you’re down for a good time they do know how to party and I will always root for them at a safe distance. “Just stopped in for a quick lunch today to try the burger and have a nice view of Cincinnati! This is the best view of Cincinnati you can get plus several views of Neport and Covington Ky. Probably absolutely beautiful when lit up for the holidays. We were able to meet the new owner Randy who was very nice and the bartender Patrick who was very nice as well. They had a great burger would probably be nice if they had a couple other side options or appetizers but burger quality was great and again you can't beat the view! If you like history the menu is full of stories about the full history and usuage of the property! We will definitely stop back in again.“

“Cassie and Jen are awesome servers! The dinner specials are delicious, and we love their breakfast! The owner really knows how to cook, and his homemade desserts are yummo! They have drink specials every day, and have Karaoke on Friday and Saturday. It’s all non-smoking! If you haven’t been here in a while I suggest you go check them out! They are open Tuesday through Saturday.“

“Surprisingly wide range of food options. Had a small company Christmas party there last week. The beer selection was good,but this place is a restaurant/ bar vs a craft brewery, which is fine by me. The parking was easy also. Everyone had fun, the pool table was in nice shape, the darts were good also. We'll be back“

“Got the wings with Pete's sauce and Gyro Classico with Cajun steak fries. Both were really good. The wings definitely had some flavor to them, they are fried to perfection. We also got some jalapeno mozzarella sticks, they were ok, warm not hot and didn't have that famous cheese pull. Other than that we will definitely go back and get those wings for sure.“
