The only thing I’d recommend is to stop letting the staff kick garbage under the shelves in the kitchen. As a customer watching that, it makes me think the restaurant is dirty and I’ve seen it done many times here over the years, because many bar seats have a clear view into the kitchen. I can’t tell you how many loud conversations we have overheard from the kitchen and how much trash I’ve seen kicked under the shelves. It takes two seconds to pick up the trash and disposed of it properly, so that your customers will think you are a clean, sanitary restaurant if we see that. I’m sure you are clean, but that’s a bad look.“

“I came with a ladies group on Friday this last week. The food was great and I noticed right away how the manager Everett was keeping calm even in a rush. He made sure our order was right. Later when my Mom thought she threw away an expensive item he supplied me with gloves and even came out to help Me go through the trash! Never have I had such care from a fast food place.
