I’ve heard the whispers and rumors circling this franchise like ghost ships on the horizon, but based on my personal encounter, they’re nothing but sea tales. The restaurant was nearly empty, not because no one desired the fare, but because many patrons clearly preferred to carry their treasure home and feast in comfort. That said, the calm atmosphere only enhanced the experience, making it a fine place to sit, relax, and enjoy a delightful meal. All things considered, I would wholeheartedly recommend docking here, dropping anchor, and savoring both the excellent food and the outstanding customer service—proof that sometimes the best voyages are the ones you least expect.“

She rearranged my order to save me money while working the front counter and the drive through at the same time! She was polite, friendly, and professional. The world needs more people like her! “Love this Taco Bell. Consistent great service and great food. You're Hopkinsville' best. Try breakfast at Taco Bell. This location is on point. Can't speak for other times of the day but the morning crew is got it going on. They have adopted a strategy from Chik-fil-A to get the order right every time with an inventory tag on every bag going out the window assuring you go exactly what you ordered with no get home SURPRISE. Smart thinking.

Some people that Dine-In do not like the Kiosk and maybe it's not for you. But between the screen to show you what they "heard" you say and the new inventory on the bag; you are assured of an accurate order and they add new meaning to fast.“

“I want to start by saying I am proud that this McDonald's has hired a full team in the kitchen. That being said this McDonald's needs someone to come in and show the management how to use the gift of having a full staff. This McDonald's could be the best if there were 2 people always at the counter for in house. These people would be In charge to keep the bathrooms clean and the dinning room clean. I am a marketing consultant and I can see so much potential for this store“
