Their online ordering process is very user friendly, and on the times we have gone in to place our order the staff has been kind and accommodating. “Got Bourbon chicken, egg roll and some dumplings for later. The atmosphere is alright, nothing fancy but not the ugliest or worse looking place I've been in, very quite. It's hard to rate service since that can change day by day but for me I waited over 30 minutes to get any of my food (only 1 person ahead of me) and the lady taking my order was very nice. For the food; the dumplings where very good, the egg roll was a lot smaller than what I was expecting but pretty much what you'd expect and the rice was good too. The bourbon chicken was tender and delicious however I would have perfered more sauce on it or it swimming in it as it was a bit dry and needed it. All in all out of all the Chinese restaurants I've had this one would make the top 10 but not my top 5.“

The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and very helpful in setting this up. To say the food was delicious is an understatement! “I LOVE this place I don’t understand the bad reviews every time I come here, I absolutely love this place. The food is always fresh and flavorful even with delivery. My food shows up hot. I have never once had a bad experience with this place. This place has become my go-to Chinese food they have so many options. I usually get the sweet-and-sour chicken and fried rice, chicken is hot and fresh The sweet-and-sour sauce is flavorful tangy sour with sweetness lightly salty. The rice is always fresh and hot perfectly cooked. Food is a great price for the portion sizes of food I always end up with leftovers which are just as good later on, when I’ve gotten takeout, the staff is always so nice and sweet. The restaurant is clean and stocked. I would absolutely recommend this place to people and have already!.“

“Red Pepper is our favorite Chinese spot in Florence. My family eats there for dinner every Wednesday! The food is great and the servers are very helpful. We've had the odd issue every now and then of getting the wrong food, but the staff is always good about it.“

“We used to eat here a lot more than we do now due to kids and their food allergies, but we still have it about once a month when we find time to eat alone. We have been coming for years and have never had an issue! We're creatures of comfort and usually pick between the sweet and sour chicken, bourbon chicken, sesame chicken, and general tso's chicken (mild because I'm a wimp). I always get pork egg rolls and the lo mein. We get carryout, which usually takes 15-20 minutes unless you get bourbon chicken, which takes 30(?), and the food is still hot and fresh when we get home. Great experience for us EVERY time. I can't believe I haven't reviewed this restaurant sooner.“

“This is a great place to get authentic Chinese food the staff is actually from China so they cook really good food and it's not overprised.. I have actually been coming here for years it's a good little spot and if you wanna sit and eat it's usually not that crowded they mainly do take out and drive-through.“

“I go here about once a week. There aren't many asian buffets in the nky/cincinnati area. I've been to most of them and this by far is the best one around. If you get there around dinner switch time the food is always hot and fresh. Love the fact that they have frog legs on the dinner buffet as well. There regular take-out menu is even better than the buffet if you want a combo or dinner to go. Definitely recommend.“

“Tasty Chinese buffet! Great variety. I especially love the cream cheese wantons. The decor is Chinese themed. I noticed storage boxes in a few places, some on the floor by a few walls, it would be more professional if they weren't visible to customers. Our server was nice and attentive, especially to my 18-month-old daughter. The price is good!“
