“Updated: I got my drink exactly how I ordered it this time! Yay!!!!… Seriously the consistency of your beverages never being made the same is honestly something that never should occur in a business let alone one as popular as Starbucks. Todays my birthday and I got a Venti Matcha with adds but that’s regardless it calls for three scoops of matcha and I’m pretty sure I only got one! Which I added an extra one. It should’nt have looked like milk with tea.. I guess I should’ve just paid for my beverage and it would’ve have been made properly. Considering it would’ve been a ten dollar drink there should honestly be a 1/3 of the ice in these drinks. I just don’t get it…“

I left with nothing but positive things to say and memories of a fantastic day! 10/10 experience! “When I went to the drive-thru with my mobile order, my food was fresh and hot, however the woman in drive-through was not so friendly, acting like she was in a hurry to give me my food so I could get out of her way. I had to ask her for ketchup and she said yes and handed it to me, but basically threw it in my hand making me lose half of it on the ground. I told her sorry and she rolled her eyes and turned away. Granted, it was after midnight, but she didn't have to be so rude. Wow!?“

“It's not just a McDonald's in the area, it's THE McDonald's. Service is fast, staff is super friendly, and food always tastes as it should. I have been here probably 50 times or so over the years, and they have never once messed up an order or even served me old fries.
