“Got Bourbon chicken, egg roll and some dumplings for later. The atmosphere is alright, nothing fancy but not the ugliest or worse looking place I've been in, very quite. It's hard to rate service since that can change day by day but for me I waited over 30 minutes to get any of my food (only 1 person ahead of me) and the lady taking my order was very nice. For the food; the dumplings where very good, the egg roll was a lot smaller than what I was expecting but pretty much what you'd expect and the rice was good too. The bourbon chicken was tender and delicious however I would have perfered more sauce on it or it swimming in it as it was a bit dry and needed it. All in all out of all the Chinese restaurants I've had this one would make the top 10 but not my top 5.“

We normally get takeout but have dined there once, it’s a fast casual environment. The staff is always efficient and nice. And the food is crave-worthy. They have two free parking spots in back for customers, three metered spots on the street for anyone, and a metered parking lot across the street, (50cents for 15 minutes). There's a garage behind the restaurant. I don't know if it's paid or free parking.“

A general good choice for Chinese cuisine in the area.“

“This place is a gem, the food is amazing. I got takeout and everything was still hot by the time I got home to eat. Not only was the food amazing, but the portions are huge for the price. The restaurant is pretty small and the interior is dated but I was welcomed by the cashier and helped promptly. The menu is quite large, so deciding took some time but they will likely have your favorite Chinese dish. Highly recommend the crab rangoons, vegetable lo mein, and general tso chicken.

“This is our go-to Chinese take out. The food is always good and both my wife and kids enjoy it. The kids get the chicken lo mein and sweet and sour chicken that they call Chinese chicken nuggets. The lo mein is flavorful and the noodles are tender. The sweet and sour chicken was crispy.

I got the beef with broccoli and pork fried rice. The beef was flavorful and the broccoli was cooked perfectly, still just a little crunchy and bright green.

My wife gets the bourbon chicken which is her favorite. It is delicious. She also ordered the cheese wontons (crab Rangoon) and they were crispy and full of filling. The pork egg rolls were good too.“

“I go here about once a week. There aren't many asian buffets in the nky/cincinnati area. I've been to most of them and this by far is the best one around. If you get there around dinner switch time the food is always hot and fresh. Love the fact that they have frog legs on the dinner buffet as well. There regular take-out menu is even better than the buffet if you want a combo or dinner to go. Definitely recommend.“

That said, this particular location could benefit from operational improvements. It’s clear that online orders are a significant part of their business (I’m sure the owner has the data to back this up). However, the current system creates noticeable bottlenecks. Dine-in and walk-in customers often end up waiting longer because staff are busy fulfilling online orders.

A separate kitchen or a dedicated system for online orders would go a long way in addressing this issue and improving the overall customer experience. I hope they consider this adjustment to better serve all their customers.“
